Secure accommodation in a safe area. The pool is clean and great for cooling off. Esther is always helpful and easily contacted via WhatsApp if not in reception. She kindly let us check out late for our late flight. About 25 mins walk to KLCC, but Grab rides are cheap and certainly better for any further than that. 5twenty is recognised by the Grab app, so it is all very easy. Decent places to eat can be reached easily on foot in 10-15 minutes.

It was occasionally a bit noisy at night. Quite a loud wedding evemt across the road one morning, but I'd guess that's exceptional.

Location was perfect, and 8 minutes walk from Thai Embassy, and 15 to 20 minute walk to Twin Towers. Also, there is an ATM at the nearest petrol station around 8 minutes walk. The room was great, shower is amazing with different shower setting, and powerful enough to massage your head, shoulders and back. Bed king size and comfortable. The pool is clean, and perfe t enough for the early morning swim. The complex has some residential but overall peaceful place. Security gate with guard was cool and friendly. There is also a maid service which are super helpful, kind and friendly. Breakfast is basic as shown in the description but for good value indeed. 16 Ringet I really enjoyed my stay and I want to say thank you yo everyone that made that happen.

Large and confortable room, with nice balcony. Enjoyed the free parking space, for those who travel by car. Feels like being guest of friends home and it's pretty small (therefore not crowded)

The only issue was the wall power outlet, there were only two, and one of it didn't work. But the staff lend us immediately a power outlet extension with multiple power points.

In a big city like KL this is a very safe and cosy oasis: a beautiful, stylish stay with a pool and very friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect and there were several breakfast options (American, continental, asian, etc).

I don't think smoking was allowed, but the smoke of another guest reached my room.

The pool was great and the weather was decent enough for us to enjoy it. Also, the location in the embassy district felt calm and quiet (apart from Chinese New Year’s fireworks!). Cheap laundry and additional food options were appreciated.

This is a strange residence of small apartments. It's comfortable and clean with a nice pool and the middle eastern restaurant nearby is open late and has delicious food.

This place is a little out of town and 25 minutes walk from the station with no taxis though the bus is a bit closer. You may prefer to take an uber.

The staff were welcoming and did whatever we needed. The area was quiet but fairly close to the city centre. The pool was very good. The rooms were exactly what we needed. We have been to 5 twenty Ampang several times and would not hesitate to go back.

Clean, comfortable, great spacious place with no issues. Easy to get grab to locations around the city center and grab food and water is convenient. Probably one of the best deals for the money near the city center. Highly recommend.

Kids often very loud at the pool. Might want earplugs or headphones when they're there.

10/10 EXCELLENT! Highly recommend for all travellers. Great location and super quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, spacious and had everything you needed for your stay. Shared lounge area and nice swimming pool. Great value for money.

Breakfast good. Staff helpful. Room large.

Was on 1st floor. Couple on ground floor had stayed for a couple of months and we didn't feel comfortable using the shared tv room as they acted like it was theirs and obviously didn't want us using it.
