My trip at Holiday Place was wonderful. Very clean and hygienic. Clean pool looking at Klcc view Many great places for the meal. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.The newly renovated lobby is very nice. Clean bedsheets n a good Mamak shop.

Only fallback is it's slightly far to go to LRT line.. about 10 min

I stay one night in two bedroom apartment, the room is clean and spacious. Air conditioning and wifi are powerful, Thailand embassy just opposite of the hotel.

Hard to find eatery around the hotel.

They did not clean my room for 3 days and they came always late afternoon to change my towers and staff didn’t bother me how is you staying or asking any questions 😒

Location of this facility was the only thing i liked.

This is not a hotel by design but an apartment converted into a hotel. Room 601: The card key was not working,. The balcony in this room has 2 air con compressors which were noisy and we were unable to sleep throughout the night. Room 603: No Internet service and there was no hot water in the shower. It was later learnt that we had to trigger a switch to have the hot water. This is the fist for me in a hotel. This is not normal set up. Issues in both rooms....rooms are not carpeted and as such there is no noise suppression material to cut down the noise. Middle of the night (2 00am) one of the guest in room 602 was making so much of noise trying to lock the door which was not working properly. Towels issue by the front desk upon check-in (also another 1st,) was not water absorbent. Booking made via Booking.com, nevertheless, was asked to pay deposit upon check-in and was refunded upon check out.
