The room size was perfect. They have anything you need in a hotel room with great sizes. Great location, it is near the main KL attractions but away from the busy areas so it is very peaceful. Breakfast was delicious. They had nasi lemak, chicken curry, sausages, hash browns, fruits, mashed potatoes, toasts, cakes and bread, coffee, juices, etc. Beautiful swimming area. They were so understanding and allowed us for late checkout.

There are some room for improvements such as they can consider having lifts from the parking area to the lobby and we did find some stains on the curtain.

Absolutely loved this hotel and the value for money as a female, solo-traveller. The reception staff & door men are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The superior twin room was great and the bed is really comfy. The gym is good and has just enough weights and machines. The pool is fairly small but just enough space and there are a few cafes and restaurants within 5-10 minute walking distance if you didn’t want to head towards KLCC. It does feel like a mini resort and I’ve even booked again for a night before a long haul flight as they do late check out, which is great!

I could hear the man next door to me and his TV. When I went for a swim, I could see other guests peering out the window just watching, which was slightly off-putting but no fault of the hotel.

I love the fully equipped facilities - big fridge, induction cooker, water filter, oven toaster etc. How often do u see a hotel with access of filtered water from tap? So convenient. We dont get that often in Malaysia. The room rate is affordable too, since it's in the middle of KL. The bed was so comfortable. So happy i stayed there. The staff was very pleasant as well. Especially the personnel at reception. Have to give a shout out to Arif and Eddie. Arif upgraded my room and did a fast check in for me. Eddie also made it seamless for me for check out. Both are friendly and polite. I will definitely come again if i ever come to kl for a stay.

Actually there's nothing that i don't like. It was honestly a pleasant stay. There is just a good vibe at the hotel. It's just what i need. Its quaint, moderate and comfortable. I would rather have this kind of experience than go for grand 5 star hotels and get disappointed with expectations (because i have to spend more) and get intimidated with the rules and people.

I went to stay because i have an interview at the US Ambassy. It was the closes hotel to the ambassy and it just 4minute walk. The road walk is really safe along the highway but it was safe,close and easier walk than i initial thought or expected bqsed on google map. The staff is really friendly and helpful. From the bellman,front office,housekeeping to their maintenent staff they were really great in their service. The accomodation is superb.

We lose power when i try to use the iron. Apparently there a defect on the iron itself that cause the power loss but it wont make it be the last stay.

I had a really great experience at this hotel, and the staff were honestly the best part of it. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, they all made me feel completely at home. They paid attention to the little things, which really made a difference. It felt like they truly cared, not just doing their job. I’ll definitely come back again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others. Five stars from me!

The location is good. The room was great and looks cosy. The hotel arranged an extra bed with charges. It was neatly arranged for us. The bathroom was clean. The hotel offered decent level of local cuisine for breakfast. No complaints. We would definitely consider this hotel for our next trip.

We are just not happy with the parking. We lost all four of the rim center cap of our car while parked overnight right outside the hotel entrance. I hope the security would do a better job next time over the parking.

Lovely rooms. Spacious with cooking facilities. Comfy bed with great linen. Terrific shower. 10 minutes to nearest train station. 15 minutes to twin towers.nice size pool. There's a couple of cafes right outside near the entrance. A very good supermarket called Big close by...turn right out of hotel then right again...5 min walk.

Unfortunately the guests above were noisy could hear them all hours? Room had cooking smell from previous guests...that I guess would be a common issue.

Excellent buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, business centre, free newspapers, clean room, excellent for handicapped person, excellent air condition and extra cold refrigerator. AC was on when we arrived 19C!, couch, lounge chair, tall extra large bed great for handicap person. Very quiet. I only saw or heard children in the swimming pool. OK.

Great stay. Spacious room and great facilities provided in the room . It is one of the hotel which provides complete toiletries and kitchenette. Friendly staff. Pool suitable for kids and adults. Very clean but carpet at the door ways need to be replaced.... looks old. Interior of the Walk way from carpark lift to the lobby need to be upgraded. Will repeat again . Enjoyed the stay. Aircon worked well .

Please provide dustbin bag for each dustbin provided.

Nicely located: central but a few hundred meters behind the busy Jalan Tun Razak and lind of secluded which gives to the Hotel the taste of a resort. Great gym and relaxing pool. Friendly and helpful staff and nice breakfast. Next time I’m back in KL I know where I’ll be staying!

Very small details but the in room microwave oven is a bit outdated and some USB on the bedside would be welcome.
