I really liked my stay at MiCasa Suite! The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. I loved the little details like the well-equipped kitchenette and the cozy seating area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was also a plus—peaceful yet close to everything. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bed was too high, which made it slightly uncomfortable to get on and off. It might be difficult for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Other than that, everything else was good and well-managed.

The room size was perfect. They have anything you need in a hotel room with great sizes. Great location, it is near the main KL attractions but away from the busy areas so it is very peaceful. Breakfast was delicious. They had nasi lemak, chicken curry, sausages, hash browns, fruits, mashed potatoes, toasts, cakes and bread, coffee, juices, etc. Beautiful swimming area. They were so understanding and allowed us for late checkout.

There are some room for improvements such as they can consider having lifts from the parking area to the lobby and we did find some stains on the curtain.

I recently stayed at MiCasa All Suites Hotel for 9 days, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The suites are spacious, clean, and very comfortable – it felt like a home away from home. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the room daily, and all the staff were professional, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. The location is great – quiet yet conveniently close to everything I needed. The pool area was a lovely spot to relax, and the overall ambience of the hotel is calm and welcoming. His cheerful smile, polite manner, and attentive service made every breakfast a pleasant start to the day. It’s rare to come across such genuinely friendly and professional service – Amirul is truly an asset to the hotel team!

Room was lovely and clean, staff always very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble at all. Lovely little kitchenette, the room had character. Staff went beyond when necessary to help me when needed always extremely friendly I was pretty much room bound as not very well unfortunately Administrative staff were just fantastic, Elton and all the others at front desk. (sorry not remember names)

No netflix or any other popular similar service, found a bit frustrating. Was over the normal tv experience Thats all i have to grumble about

The MicCasa has large, smart rooms, a lovely pool and is generally very clean and tidy. It also has a very handy laundrette. Rooms themselves all have a little kitchen with a big fridge, a sitting area and an excellent bathroom. The bed was the most comfortable we came across in Malaysia. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, though if you want to explore by foot, (unlikely in the KL humidity) then stay somewhere else. Good value for the level of comfort.

Decor is a little tired in the communal areas. The location is a bit hemmed in by roads - you’ll be taking grab cabs everywhere, not walking, but then most tourists do that in KL!

Helpful staff especially the front door staff. Breakfast was also fine.

The hotel would be easily improved with a paint and some attention to detail. Cracked and broken tiles in and around the pool. Mismatched decking; leaves covering outdoor entertainment areas and broken garden lighting just detracted from its appearance. The property pictures featured in booking.com were not accurate. It was the only hotel out of 7 that did not provide bottled water in our room.

Absolutely loved this hotel and the value for money as a female, solo-traveller. The reception staff & door men are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The superior twin room was great and the bed is really comfy. The gym is good and has just enough weights and machines. The pool is fairly small but just enough space and there are a few cafes and restaurants within 5-10 minute walking distance if you didn’t want to head towards KLCC. It does feel like a mini resort and I’ve even booked again for a night before a long haul flight as they do late check out, which is great!

I could hear the man next door to me and his TV. When I went for a swim, I could see other guests peering out the window just watching, which was slightly off-putting but no fault of the hotel.

I love the fully equipped facilities - big fridge, induction cooker, water filter, oven toaster etc. How often do u see a hotel with access of filtered water from tap? So convenient. We dont get that often in Malaysia. The room rate is affordable too, since it's in the middle of KL. The bed was so comfortable. So happy i stayed there. The staff was very pleasant as well. Especially the personnel at reception. Have to give a shout out to Arif and Eddie. Arif upgraded my room and did a fast check in for me. Eddie also made it seamless for me for check out. Both are friendly and polite. I will definitely come again if i ever come to kl for a stay.

Actually there's nothing that i don't like. It was honestly a pleasant stay. There is just a good vibe at the hotel. It's just what i need. Its quaint, moderate and comfortable. I would rather have this kind of experience than go for grand 5 star hotels and get disappointed with expectations (because i have to spend more) and get intimidated with the rules and people.

The breakfast spread was nice, the room was quite spacious and as described in the photos. The view from the room was great. Loved the property which is centrally located and well maintained. Highly recommend!

The property is centrally located which is a positive as it is close to famous attractions, however that means it could get busy in the traffic if you are planning to get a cab in the rush hour. Not hotel’s fault or something for them to improve but a general comment for people to decide the location of their hotel.

Upon arrival we where celebrating an anniversary whilst staying here. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to set up the room for us (at no extra cost) making it feel comfortable. We had a meal booked at the restaurant (pre planned) and again the staff were very friendly and helpful food was good also. The front desk was always helpful and polite. We enjoyed our stay, 5 nights, beds were comfortable
