1- Housekeeping was daily and efficient. 2- Breakfast was delicious and very varied according to the taste of everyone. The staff of the restaurant was so nice and helpful but special thanks to the gentleman of the eggs station. We left and I couldn't tell him goodbye. 3- Location of the hotel was perfect for me for I hate all hustle bustle. It was calm and the two metro stations Ampang Park and Persiaran.There is a grocery store next to the ground floor and a mosque just behind. 4- Very spacious room and well-equipped kitchen.

The negative points are overweighed by the positive ones but if I have to mention something, it's the swimming that despite being cute is pretty cold and we couldn't profit of it as we have wished.

The convenience, location was perfect. This place will forever hold fond memories - such an amazing hotel/apartment - loved my experience here. Very family friendly place!

Room view - requested a skyline view, wasn’t worth the money. You can see the skyline at the lobby. We had family members who didn’t request skyline view and they got a better view than some of us who did. That was the only disappointment and the rooftop pool wasn’t working. However they did accommodate another hotel and shuttle service.

Generally okay. Would like a wider spread of cereals and yoghurt varieties.

On the 31 August stay while having breakfast a Sudanese man was going from table to table saying greeting. I thought he was a hotel staff until he was confronted by hotel staff. Apparently he was not a hotel staff nor a guest. Such incidents like security breach are potentially dangerous: harm or loss of personal property may occur.

The hotel is very smart. It’s in an upmarket area within walking distance of the Petronas Towers and Suria Mall. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. Ask for a city view and you will get a stunning view of the city. The small indoor pool also has a great view and there’s a small, but relatively well equipped gym to use. It is a bit expensive and perhaps more suited to business travellers than tourists like us, but we had a fabulous time at the Element. The breakfast was delicious and so varied too.

It’s pricey, but you are slap bang in the center of KL. It’s a short taxi ride to the more touristy areas like China Town, but Grabs are cheap to get you around.

Check-in and Check out : very quick and smooth. Staff very friendly and professional. Room : spacious , clean , well designed. Location : absolutely the best , close to everything without being in the congestion if the touristic areas Wi-fi : works perfectly fine everywhere you go Housekeeping : on time , quick and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better service Restaurant : We used it only for breakfast . It offers an outstanding view , highly professional services with a good variety of food from various cuisines ( Asian , Indian , western options) The elevators ( 4 elevators) were always available and didn't have to queue or wait for long time.

Nothing . Everything was amazing. It would have been really nice if the room had a balcony. This is preferred but not required. This will not prevent me from booking another stay in Element KL.

Perfect location—conveniently nestled between the MRT and LRT lines, making it incredibly easy to get around. The room offered a lovely view of the city skyline, including the iconic Twin Towers, though partially obscured by the Four Seasons building. Highly appreciated the mini pantry, which was thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary utensils for light meals. The surrounding area was pleasantly quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was super helpful and the room was very spacious as well!

The facilities showed some signs of wear, with visible marks on the kitchen counter, and unfortunately, the hairdryer was not working properly during my stay.

It's the best hotel I've stayed in, and I've stayed in hundreds. Everything, from the location, the check-in, the room, the view from the 52nd floor, the bed, the amenities, the breakfast, lunch and dinner, even the price, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you very much!

Everything was just perfect, but beware that at first, if you are European and used to eating meat for breakfast (I am), there are not many good options. But you should try the indian and/or oriental dishes, Plus, there are smoothies and fresh juices and delicious eggs, plus all the imaginable fruit, bakery, etc

Overall had a good experience. The hotel is in a strategic and convenient location, making it easy to get around and explore the area !

Few areas that I believe could be improved , particularly the security. It seems that anyone can easily enter the hotel without being checked. During breakfast, a random stranger approached our table and other guest. This made us feel uncomfortable, so we asked the hotel staff if he was a guest and how he gained access. The staff informed us that he frequently comes and we could simply ignore him. While I understand that this individual may not pose any hard, it does highlight a lack of proper security measures. I hope the hotel addresses this issue soon

We specifically needed a room with disability support (grab bar in bathroom, walk in showers) and wheel chair accessible rooms. And the studio room had it. Depending if the disabled person require the bidet to be on the left or the right side, would depend on the room layout. The room we got had the bidet on the left, which was just perfect, bcoz my family member disability was his right hand. You might need to request to change room with an opposite layout should you need the bidet to be on the other side of the toilet. Bathroom had ample space to wheel in wheelchair. Bathroom door was wide enough for wheelchair to go through. The only comment is that the small bump on the floor at bathroom doorway, was a little inconvenient. We would have preferred if it was ramped instead. The bathroom tiles can be slippery when wet. For a normal person this may not be much of an issue, but it should be looked into if it was to be suitable for handicap /those with disability (eg. using cane). Overall we would definitely stay here again for the disabled friendly facilities.

Disabled rooms can be requested when booking, but it is never confirmed. They will always say its subject to availability during check in. I would prefer it if they can confirm it is available when booking.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, providing warm hospitality and seamless service. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail—from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities—made it feel like a luxury retreat. The location was perfect, situated in a prime area with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and transport. Despite being centrally located, the hotel maintained a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was a true highlight—an extensive spread of fresh, high-quality options catering to all tastes. From delicious pastries to made-to-order omelets, everything was flavorful and beautifully presented.

Coffee maker in the kitchen didn't seem to work, although the one in the lobby was operational 24X7 which made up for it.
