Excellent location, nearby have shopping mall and there is train station inside the mall. Near to Petronas Twin Tower. Room is spacious and clean.

Hairdryer not funtioning well and cannot change. Once step in the room, it got a misty smell. But the smell gone after at night.

de King Hotel KLCC was a delightful surprise. It is possible to arrive at the airport and walk to the hotel by Klia express + metro. There is a KLCC metro station near the hotel. There is a 7/11 in the lobby of the hotel and a shopping mall crossing the street. Less than 400 meters away, you can arrive at the Petronas Tower, which is beautiful. To get to Batu Cave is easy; you just need to get there. The staff was fantastic; they upgraded me to a king bedroom without an extra fee and allowed us access to the room an hour before the check-in time. The room was wide and clear. The water from the shower was hot anytime; you just need a few seconds to warm it. The windows are double and you don't hear outside noise.

Clean and convenient hotel is right next to Twin Towers. The hotel is in a great location. It is directly across from Suria KLCC and the Petronas, next to Avenue K. KLCC Metro station is in Avenue K mall. On the hotel ground floor, there's a restaurant called "Haji Abu" with a good breakfast and cozy accommodations. excellent Wi-Fi.

There are some broken areas in the room's flooring. The hotel has provided only one access card; there should be another access complimentary card for second guess. The hotel said you have to deposit 50 ringgit to get the card, and at the time of check-out, it will return your 50 ringgit.

Staff is welcoming and helpful; especially Khairul, He had been so helpful when I reached hotel to ask questions about the rooms and booking process as I travel with two kids. Location is excellent! Musang King Durian shop downstair, 7 Eleven is 1st floor next to reception, Bubur Cafe and Nasi Kandar shops also next to reception. No need to worry about meals. We enjoyed it so much and even try the Musang King Durian. What an experience! Hotel located just 1 block away from Twin Towers and surroundings you can find Shopping Mall.

TV channel selections could be improved or provide a device enabled guest to watch netflix will be great. Cleanliness in working desk area could be improved

To say that the staff were helpful and accommodating would be an understatement. Kudos all around! Any time I had an issue, they were quick to resolve.

Two things, one outside of their control. The first: construction next door which started at...0730? 0800? Early. Can't be helped, but it sucked. Second: a smell of mildew permeated the bed and it was only at the end of my stay when I gathered all the bedding together (because I'm helpful/ was burning time before checkout) that I saw that one of the pillows was naaaaasty. I'm talking years of sweat, grime, etc. I reported it and they said they'd have their cleaning supervisor look into it.

The location is excellent and the staff are really lovely made me feel most welcome. I felt very safe on my own in this hotel because the staff were so nice. The room was clean and comfortable and most importantly for me the room was quiet . This is a smaller hotel and i think this gives it an advantage. For location for KLCC is a 5 star location the park is a few min walk and the mall accross a small side street on the same street .

I personally was happy with everything it’s not a 5 star hotel so if that’s what your looking for look else where but as a mid range hotel it’s really lovely. It has no pool incase that’s a priority I was out so didn’t need a pool .

I was booking another hotel in peior to my visit but they canceled last minute on the day of arrival so I had to book alternative which is Gin Bugis. Even though it hasn’t a pool but it was good choice. Location is amazing 3mins walk to petronas tower and hotel is right infront of k avenue mall , the staff are so nice. It was raining suddenly and Tay was so responsive helped us & gave me an umbrella to go to Batu caves, also all the staff are nice and smiley all the time

Nothing goofy for 1/2 nights stay

Location - excellent. Noice level -- low. Bed comfort -- excellent. Shower room -- love it.

Bfast -- what u see is what u have. Any extra out of what u see, they won't provide u. Eg: they have an omelet counter, serving only omelet. Asked for hard boiled eggs: don't have. Asked for fried eggs: don't have. Came to roti canai counter, just side by side with omelet counter. Asked for roti telur: dont have. Rm28 per day per pax for bfast. Starts at 7 to 10am. Skip it if it's not necessary to eat by 10am. Malls open at 10, u have better options and service there.

I like the location, less than 5 minutes walk to klcc lrt station, indoor (as the train station is underground inside the mall next to the hotel). U can also walk straight to klcc 10minutes walk (indoor walkway -underground or u can just cross the road and klcc will be just around there). The best location with good price. Food truck (nighttime) also just 5 minutes away.

The lighting at the corridor too dim for my liking, too creepy for me as I walk alone. 😅

Room was spacious enough with a nice city view, clean, with good shower, enough power points, and strong Wi-Fi. Amenities and public transportation are all close by and easily accessible. ATM and a 7-eleven at the lobby is very convenient. Many food options all within walking distance, and a mall right across the road. Also mere minutes walk to KLCC and Convention Centre.

Some parts of the floor was peeling off in the middle of the room; overdue for repairs/replacement.
