This hotel is strategically located in the heart of KL and easily excess to KLCC and all other major shopping center within KL. The room is by far bigger than some of the other 5 stars rated hotels that I've stayed before. Their breakfast is valued for money with serving of local delicacies i.e. NasiLemak and Char Koay Theow. I wish to record a note of thanks and my appreciation to both, Ms Dyba and Ms Latha for their warm hospitality. They're truly amazing duo in carrying out their duty from the minute I checked into this hotel. Not forgetting the warm and friendly hospitality from Emma, the manager of this establishment. Keep up the good work in providing great and excellent services and keep the flag of De' King Boutique Hotel KLCC flying high.

Excellent location, nearby have shopping mall and there is train station inside the mall. Near to Petronas Twin Tower. Room is spacious and clean.

Hairdryer not funtioning well and cannot change. Once step in the room, it got a misty smell. But the smell gone after at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip from 1st to 3rd July 2025. Here’s a quick summary of my experience: Room: The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. I appreciated the cozy bed, good lighting, and quiet atmosphere; perfect for a restful stay. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything tidy and well-stocked throughout my visit. Location: The location is excellent; very close to KLCC, which made sightseeing and getting around super convenient. There’s also a fantastic selection of local street food just steps away from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy authentic Malaysian flavors without going far. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was satisfying with a good variety of both local and international options. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area was clean and welcoming. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great local eats nearby.

There's nothing in mind that i don't like about this hotel.

okay so to start it off, the second we walked into the hotel, it was nice. the ambience and interior are very chic imo. the staffs were friendly especially Tay at the lobby/counter. They were friendly and very helpful with our check-in/check-out. The check-in were smooth, we didn't even need to be there for even ten minutes and the biz was already done, we got the keycards already. the location is really convenience, there's a 7-11 just a few feet away from the lobby and there's also a durian vendor outside! (dw if you don't like the smell, it has no smell emitting from the stand at all). it's also just about two hundred meters walk from the exit/main entrance of K Avenue which is REALLY GOOD, all you needa do is cross the road, ez as that. The room was clean, the sheets were nicely tucked in and the view we got of KLCC is just superb. The only con is that the tv is not a smart tv so we had to set up an iPad to watch movies lol. no worries though, tgv's just a walk away (in Suria KLCC).

we had some problems with the safe, it just didn't want to lock which was a bummer. not a big deal tho :P

de King Hotel KLCC was a delightful surprise. It is possible to arrive at the airport and walk to the hotel by Klia express + metro. There is a KLCC metro station near the hotel. There is a 7/11 in the lobby of the hotel and a shopping mall crossing the street. Less than 400 meters away, you can arrive at the Petronas Tower, which is beautiful. To get to Batu Cave is easy; you just need to get there. The staff was fantastic; they upgraded me to a king bedroom without an extra fee and allowed us access to the room an hour before the check-in time. The room was wide and clear. The water from the shower was hot anytime; you just need a few seconds to warm it. The windows are double and you don't hear outside noise.

Clean and convenient hotel is right next to Twin Towers. The hotel is in a great location. It is directly across from Suria KLCC and the Petronas, next to Avenue K. KLCC Metro station is in Avenue K mall. On the hotel ground floor, there's a restaurant called "Haji Abu" with a good breakfast and cozy accommodations. excellent Wi-Fi.

There are some broken areas in the room's flooring. The hotel has provided only one access card; there should be another access complimentary card for second guess. The hotel said you have to deposit 50 ringgit to get the card, and at the time of check-out, it will return your 50 ringgit.

Staff is welcoming and helpful; especially Khairul, He had been so helpful when I reached hotel to ask questions about the rooms and booking process as I travel with two kids. Location is excellent! Musang King Durian shop downstair, 7 Eleven is 1st floor next to reception, Bubur Cafe and Nasi Kandar shops also next to reception. No need to worry about meals. We enjoyed it so much and even try the Musang King Durian. What an experience! Hotel located just 1 block away from Twin Towers and surroundings you can find Shopping Mall.

TV channel selections could be improved or provide a device enabled guest to watch netflix will be great. Cleanliness in working desk area could be improved

To say that the staff were helpful and accommodating would be an understatement. Kudos all around! Any time I had an issue, they were quick to resolve.

Two things, one outside of their control. The first: construction next door which started at...0730? 0800? Early. Can't be helped, but it sucked. Second: a smell of mildew permeated the bed and it was only at the end of my stay when I gathered all the bedding together (because I'm helpful/ was burning time before checkout) that I saw that one of the pillows was naaaaasty. I'm talking years of sweat, grime, etc. I reported it and they said they'd have their cleaning supervisor look into it.

It’s near to Klcc 5mint walking, and you can go to AK mall in front of the hotel to reach to klcc . Stuff was kind, good and helpful. 7/11 and Mamak is at the lobby of the hotel and ATM the room was OK for value

The cleaning is so so not much of good cleaning the bad not comfortable the air condition for the size of the room is too small so the room was warm not cold no sound proof we can hear every single thing behind the door

The front desk staff were very helpfull (Mr Tony, Carol, Dyba & Latho) It was my 4th stay in this hotel for this year. With such great location & accessibility & friendly team, I'm looking forward to coming back again.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better. I would suggest thorough washing of the floor & wall slates to remove any residual stench from the previous guests 🙈
