Nothing. Just it is an old hotel. You must expect some flaws. But all are acceptable.

I like the fact that the hotel gave their staff ample room to exercise their discretion when it came to how guests were treated. Checking in was a breeze as I was attended to by Front Desk Supervisor, Mr Tinagar. He made the process a very pleasant experience. Though he was not aware that I was a return guest, he made me feel at home. He listened to my needs and offered very good and practical suggestions. As a member of the frontline staff, he projected a very positive image of the management and culture of the hotel. Keep it up, Tina. Kudos too, to that one staff (sorry, forgothis name) who attended to me and my guest at Dondang Sayang Coffee House., during lunch time. He highly recommended the chicken ricce and yes, it's true. It was delicious. Presentation, taste, texture and food portions exceeded expectations. In the end, we ordered an extra 3 packets to take away. I would like to commend Ratul who served me at the Executive Lounge. He listened attentively and was sensitive to meeting my needs while I was there.

There isn't much to dislike, except perhaps to state the fact that not everyone was able to replicate the same level of attention to their guests during my stay there. This could be due to the number of guests checking in at the same time, the time of day and personal limitations, language wise. Nonetheless, I had a good stay and managed to complete the tasks I set out to do while in KL.

Staff Service is excellent and very helpful and they remember me so well as I often visit to the same hotel. Breakfast ok ok only but cannot go down late as nothing much is left and whole area is messy. Chef at the breakfast is not so friendly as when you tell them your preferable on the egg like well done etc...they don't even answer or look at you and you not sure if they hear your request or not and you just have to wait and hope it is done as what you want. Yes I understand big crowd and all are tired but isn't that part of your responsibility to a job that you are holding and you are in F&B where customer service have to be best so that your hotel will get more business

Management has to more on the ground as to see what is needed to be improve etc. But as usually when staff see bosses is on the ground everything is tiptop.

As my stay is in the month of Ramadan so the executive lounge is open and the staff on duty is very nice when I approach as I saw there is no food serve so he is kind and said will send to my room and he send including the drinks with ice cube and even offer us for coffee or tea. All staffs in the hotel and very nice and helpful and friendly too. Location is good and easy way to anywhere in KL. I have being their regular guests throughout the years and have stay there for all my trip(7 to 8 times a year) and I will always called before I arrive as to make sure what I request will be there but still sometimes the staff will give me not to my request even when they said they know what I have requested and I have to always explain and explain what I want etc when I was there and this is why the staff will look pissed off but my request is just a simple request as usual I want a Room at Level 11 as I do book for Executive Room and a standing shower with my room facing the food truck and that all and I know some of the staff (regular staff) saw me and know what is the my request but when come to a new staff omg so many reason or SOP they will mention and this is where I think the pissed off appeared. Yes I know it is all depend on room availability but when check in I still highlight what I want a few times and when give the key it is wrong room and not to what I want and when they said yes yes yes to what I want. I do remember the room number very clear and where are this room facing so that is where I will reject to what they give. I did not meant to be fussy, but I just asked for a small a simple request as a "regular" guest.

As during my stay is in the month of Ramadan a fasting month and we were served "sahur" (like early breakfast) at their cafe but it is very disappointed for every year of my visit including this year too as I expect them to do better after I have written in once but still the same. Food served can be said as a left over from the break fast food and the choice is so petite. If not the month of Ramadan, breakfast served is ok ok but have to be early or else not much balance and I do understand as not to waste food.

Great location. Pool was good, breakfast was good.

I been checked in with this property many times but this time really Unpleasant experience! I present my debit card for payment but they assumed its a credit card. (DBS SG Debit card) Yet they claimed cannot verified the card & make a double payment to secured them. I’m not agree but still they proceed. At the end when I told many times until I pissed off, then only they realised its a debit card. What a wasting time & unprofessional of handling the situation. The conclusion is, when your customer telling you the information, pls have a courtesy to trust on them & hear carefully what they say. Don’t always think what we do is right

This hotel is strategically located in the heart of KL and within walking distance to KLCC, which is so convenience. Food and beverages are easily available and within are-reached.

The only issue i have is the construction noise beside the hotel. They start work so early and the noise coming from the construction site is really disturbing my sleep. When i approached the front office, the Chinese lady told me that in future i can request for room which are further away from the construction site. Knowing that there are rooms available which are further away from the sound from the construction site, why was i not being offered in the first place?

1- staff at the counter (Hussein was exceptionally efficient and pleasant) 2- location- near to the food truck site (Tapak KLCC), near to avenue K, KLCC, LRT

1- it’s an old hotel, so the toilet is a bit run down (must be refurbished) 2-basement parking to the lobby- no lift (or i didn’t see one?), it was quite troublesome for the ones who have knee or back problems stairs for the elderly, ladies or parents with small kids are not the best combo 😅 3- the waiting area at the lobby should have more seating space

Room was clean & spacious

1. bathroom - good to put some non-slip mat as tiles can be slippery especially with elderly 2.Variety of Breakfast selection could be improved to input these into considerations a) Light sandwiches e.g tuna or egg mayo b) Dessert :eclair, custard puffs,pie c)Chicken dishes 2 types beside rendang , fried chicken instead of 1 d)Malay cuisine: curry puffs, popiah or samosa e)Change of Noodles section : e.g Laksa, Mee Jawa, Mee Soto or Mee Curry( Not just stick to 1 type)

Strategic location: 15 minutes slow walking to KLCC. Don't use bridge in front of hotel because some homeless people preparing to sleep on the bridge as early as 4 pm. Use zebra crossing in front of KLCC. Food truck with cheap, tasty, halal meals starts from 6 pm. Big portion of roti john for RM10 only. Breakfast (RM29.50/pax) spread excellent. Fried vadey, fresh roti canai, yogurt berries. Less kuih but other meals delicious. Nothing to complain.

Toilet in my room has a problem. The handle that control water outlet for shower & tab malfunction. So once I pull the handle, both outlets got water out. So I decided to request a pile & gayong. Problem solved.
