If you don’t have any peculiar requests and are letting the hotel manage your stay under their SOPs, then you will be more than satisfied with what you get for your money.

I had a peculiar request, in that I wanted a cheesecake for my little one’s birthday (the only request for a cake for the day). I was offered a menu with a selection of single-serve desserts, whereas equally opulent properties around the world have offered to bake one specifically for the occasion. The other request I had was a reservation for a table at the Curate restaurant. Despite having made this request 3 days ahead of arrival, it did not make its way to the CRM. These are customer relations issues that can be improved upon. Both cake and table reservations came through in the end, maybe in part due to my bickering. That they came through is why I am still very happy with the stay, given all the other good things about the property and its competent staff.

The hotel is located next to the Twin Towers, which is very convenient. The view from the room is also very good. You can see the entire park and the side of the Twin Towers. The setting of the room is very high-end, the bathroom is very comfortable, and the bed is also very comfortable. We stayed with two small children and the space was quite comfortable. We booked a service with a club, which provides breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. Although there are not many dishes, they are all delicious. The best thing is that there is very good wine for dinner. The service staff at the club, Swady and Mathew, were very good and made us feel at home. The other service staff inside are also great. The cleaning staff who helped clean the room were also very polite and provided good service. It was a cloudy day and the pool water temperature was cold. However, it is quite good to have such an infinity swimming pool in the city. The breakfast restaurant has a lot of choices, rich dishes, and good taste. Freshly cooked noodles or rice noodles with beef soup are very delicious. The coffee is freshly made by the service staff and is much better than the machine. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Unfortunately, the sauna does not have hot water or cold water pools. It only has shower rooms and a small steam room and oven, which makes washing less enjoyable.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been in. Everything about it is calm and efficient. The staff are knowledgeable and efficient, the rooms are well maintained and clean and excellently set up. The location, right next to KLCC and Suria/Petronas Towers is ultra convenient although it is slightly further from Pavilion mall than some other hotels. Only thing I could ask for is for them to update their room charging ports to USB-C!

The hotel is very modern. Everything in the room is controlled electronically. It does take a bit of getting-used-to, but after a while it becomes very pleasant to use. We are deeply impressed with the service provided at the hotel and believe that it is second to none.

If we have to pick some cons: The app used for ordering services on the tablet in the hotel room is a bit buggy. It often leaves you with a plain button whose function you have to guess. Besides, the steak from the room serivce is overcooked. (I asked for medium-rare.)

The housekeeping is not cleaning properly we found a disgusting condition in the coffee maker in the room when we wanted to fill the coffee. They guy in the pool bar who serves customers is the same guy who was making us an orange juice and was cutting the orange with his hands without washing it or wearing gloves The jacuzzi was not working for 2 days we stayed in and got to know it is always having issues.

It was my first time staying in FSKL and it was a good experience! Airport pick up and drop off service was satisfying. Check in went smooth and easy and the staff was super friendly. The lobby staffs are very nice! Room is clean and housekeeping is super helpful as well. Easy to communicate through the ipad in the room, with the hotel for whatever you need. In Room Dining food, 100% recommend! Ive had so much delicious meals thanks! time for food delivery was super punctual and warm. Special thanks to Sharifah, Shiela and Neo Xuan. Will come back and stay here again :) thank you everyone at FSKL.

Everything was good except for when I tried to extend my stay at the check in counter at night, it was a bit difficult and slow, the staff didnt seem to understand me, I had to repeat myself again and again. I think their service and attitude could have been better.
