The apartment was exceptionally big (2 bedroom Deluxe), consisting of 2 bedrooms with city view, study room, living room with city view towards the twin towers and KL tower, kitchen, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms including 2 toilets equipped with hand bidets “shattaf” and third stand alone toilet. The 2 bedrooms have comfortable beds with attached bathrooms, closets and night stands. The apartment was supplied with fully equipped essentials such as washing machine/ dryer, microwave, refrigerator, hot & room temperature water fountain, kitchenette, dirty kitchen, top surface oven, stove, utensils, crockeries, cutleries, iron and ironing board.

Breakfast could be improved considerably as not much options are available.

Quite complete like in a home

When we entered after checked in, floor infront of the kitchen was a bit flooded becos of leakage from the water dispenser. When dispenser was fixed, the hot water was just slightly warm only. So we requested for a kettle to use. Used once in the night. The next morning we used kettle 2nd time and whole kitchen area electrical equipment was off- power tripped!! Had the maintenance ppl came to fix it. The hair dryer in one room could be used one night but 2nd night was out/not working. Told the reception in the morning one day but it was not fixed when we came back at night. The following day we told the reception again during checking out!!

Clean rooms & toilets, staff were polite & forthcoming. Especially Schmicheal at t reception & Kumar (porter). Housekeeping staff was good too. View was not too bad. Nearby some skate park & simple food joints

Vicinity too far to KLCC, Pavilion, TRX etc. Had to Grab around. Would prefer if they could provide laundry powder or pods for t washing machine though. Waiting lounge was always crowded with new clients or those who wanted to check out.

A great space for a family of 6 adults. All 4 bedrooms are ensuite, with an additional guest toilet and a bathroom off the wet kitchen that is probably designed for family helper. Has both dry & wet kitchens, the latter equipped with a washing machine & private exit door to main corridor (useful for caterer access if entertaining private events) We liked it that the apartment has its own private lift that goes from parking bay direct to your apartment inner corridor. This is a separate lift from the main guest lifts. So handy after major shopping outings or collecting grab food... The building has an auto mini mart on 5th floor. A novel concept of automated pay, unmanned, opens 24 hrs. Breakfast on 6th floor, not inclusive in rate, not a big variety but has everything one needs (local, western, eggs hot station, salads, fruits, juices, hot beverages etc) and payable upon check out. Quality over quantity in my opinion.. Parking is free, same level as main road, just behind the main reception, 24 hrs security Location is next to the big main junction of Ampang & KLCC. A bit tricky to go in & out when you are driving rental especially during rush hours. We did our best to avoid those particular hours

The master bedroom can benefit with a dressing mirror table & a small study table The drying function of the integrated washing machine took an awfully long time to dry our clothings. Having a separate tumble dryer machine would be a great feature for the 4 bedroom apartment, saving time considering the bigger number of people staying in the unit

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly and were easy to contact if needed. The level of comfort, luxury and cleanliness was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a family loved it

Breakfast, they did not have options of ordinary breakfast options. Hot option in the breakfast section was very terrible. No options at all.

Size of apartment. Cleanliness. Great view from room. Laundry in apartment. Aircon and fan in every room. Landmark shopping mall next door. Supermarket and loads of cheap eating options.4 bathrooms, 5 toilets.

Breakfast lounge needs to offer more western options. No real complaints though.

I like our unit because it has a city view and we can see one of the Petronas Towers. Our unit was big for 6 pax. There was a service area to do laundry, which is a big consideration why we booked it. Facilities were also a delight. There's a pool, gym, a small playground, and a mini cashless self-service convenience store. There are restaurants and a mall nearby. Staff is also friendly and accommodating. We stayed during the new year, and we got to see several fireworks displays.

It was quite far from a train station; 10 minutes of walking with Malaysian heat is a challenge and difficult for us as we have seniors and children in the group. Had the building been a little nearer from the train station with a view of the two towers, then it would've been perfect. Though I am already more than satisfied as it is.

Great Location and great view on Petronas Towers.10 mins walk to suria mall klcc. Room was very spacious and well maintained. Ample toiletries were provided everyday. Very fast elevators where our room was situated on 37th floor.

1.Girl attitude when we checked in at hotel late at night nearly 11 p.m and unfortunately i never figured out her name,she is the one who will make sure how to lose customers. 2.Breakfast options were too limited. 3.Bottle water was not provided instead has to use water filter

The apartment was beautiful it was well maintained large modern and comfortable. The appliances including washer dryer were very easy to use and a great bonus. The apartment is centrally located a d 3 min walk from a small shoppimg mall with grocery store. The staff are very professional and welcoming. The pool area and other facilities are great I would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again if in KL.

The main bedroom was noisey at night from the traffic outside especially if the ensuite window was open. There was not running hot water to the kitchen sink which apparently is usual in Malaysia so I had to boil the pot to wash the dishes. There is a hot and cold water dispenser in the kitchen but i did not find the water hot enough so boiled a pot for coffee and dishes etc
