This establishment was definitely designed for a long stay patrons cause the unit has most of what one needs for a longer stay - cooking and dining utensils, washing machine, a small room that may be allocated as an office. the pool is open until late which allows residents to unwind later in the day. the lounge was also well equipped to host potential guests of residents. location is also quite great - walking distance to Food Merchant (across) and the Linc.

the pillows were too soft and woke up with stiff neck. perhaps create pillow menu that will provide some options to resident.

- Staff were quick and professional - 3-bedroom apartment was spacious and had everything we needed: washing machine, full kitchen, fridge, toaster, kettle, etc - Swimming pool on floor 22 was always clean with an abundance of fresh towels, a 24-hour gym and a lounge that serve coffee and tea free of charge all day long - Across the street from Somerset is a supermarket that offered everything from vegetables and fruits to the rarest of imported snacks (from UK and other areas around the world) - The LINC (sustainable shopping mall) is a 3-min walk (where you can find a pharmacy, ATM, and another great supermarket)

- Hotel prepacked breakfast was not the best (tried it once then stopped buying)

Stating in Somerset Hotel apartment was very convenient for us. The location is close to the tourist attractions. There is a nearby supermarket. The facility itself was great The staff, elevators, room service and parking in addition it was comfortable and quiet. The room we booked was already prepared with many toys that our kids enjoyed.

The bathroom sink had an overflow issue. The toilet bidet was not easy to use for the kids.

It feels like home! Love that it was complete with plates, bowls, cutleries, dishwashing liquid so it’s easy for us to break our fast. There’s a small room that used as our prayer room, so comfy! I did my laundry there so i dont have to bring so many dirty ones. Location is at the heart of city centre.

I have to put some plastic bag to the bath tub holes in order to ensure the water doesnt leak.

I couldn’t tell you how happy I’m🥳Superb clean and neat place ever. I really didn’t expect got kitchen with full set of things to cook and eat. Plus washing machine and big refrigerator. This time I got miss the chance to cook thr but sure next visit I will bring all item along with me. A big hall with sofa and dining table with 6 seaters. So much of facilities inside that one room. I and my fiancé really enjoyed our trip this time.

And customer service was so excellent 👌 Then manners from them was super lovely. Even we are younger than them all,they provide the same level of respect through us😍 plus 💯 no racism over there.

A very good services, the facilities at room very complete, we still managed to wash and dried our clothes, room was cleaned &tidy, especially the design and space of bathroom, we are very satisfied, separated by glass, after taking shower still dry at other place. The hotel near KLCC.

The breakfast was take away, not buffet. We preferred to have a warm and hot breakfast. The pillow not so comfortable. The iron board a bit difficult to use.

The room was spacious with segregated areas for dining, bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet. The bath was perfect and toiletries, lotion was of great selection. Pantry is well stuffed with cooking utensils. Business centre and gym readily opens for use. The water filter at the hallway was most helpful.

Breakfast. Although pre-packed, variety and amount of food could have been better if it was more. Would also be helpful if was informed during check-in that different types of food are scheduled to be delivered at different timing.

Excellent central location, opposite a supermarket. Helpful, friendly staff. Rooftop pool with pool towels supplied. Fitness gym with great views. Complimentary daily shuttle to CBD attractions. Environmentally conscious hotel with drinking water available from a hallway dispenser close to the apartment. Very nice spacious, clean apartment with super views and kitchen facilities. Grab and go breakfast supplied. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I love the room, it is very spacious and the kitchen facilities are complete. The room is very clean, and the design is very well thought out. The serviced apartment even has a walk-in closet! Washing machine/ dryer provided for you to do laundry, you can buy the powder detergent from the receptionist. The infinity pool looking out the city skyline at night is mesmerizing. There's a mini gym too, with cable equipment, dumbbells and cardio machine. Although it's pretty small but it serves its purpose during my stay. There's also a club lounge. The area is quiet and walkable to MRT. You can get your grocery supplies just opposite at Food Merchant. I also liked that the staff are very professional, from the door man, the bell boy, the receptionist, the cleaner. They are well trained, and i feel absolutely welcomed and comfortable staying there. For coffee drinkers, there's a starbucks coffee machine, u can select your drink and tap your card to pay. A family mart snacks vending machine is located just outside the lobby Hope u enjoy your stay as much as i do 😊😊

I didn't like that my stay short, will stay longer in the future 🤣🤣

1. The apartment is roomy and well planned. 2. Generally clean and smell nice. 3. Got washer-dryer! and large capacity fridge! 4. Got electric stove and cooking utensils. They even provide you with dish sponge and dishwashing soap. You literally will feel right at home. 5. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi 5. Get the parking ticket don't use touch&go card. 6. Go green eco-friendly practices so they don't provide bottled water anymore. Instead, they provide a pitcher and you have to fill from the water filling station in the corridor.

1. Pillows are too flat so not comfortable, the host should check and replace. 2. Black mold in corners of bathtub, looks gross. 3. The parking fee of rm10 per entry! Must pay and validate parking ticket at the reception each time going out.
