Dear future travelers, I recently had the pleasure of staying at a staycation apartment in Kuala Lumpur and I highly recommend this option for your next visit to the city. The apartments offer a great alternative to traditional hotels, providing a more spacious and homely environment for your stay. They are equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and high-speed internet. The location of the apartment was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shopping and dining options nearby. It was also conveniently located close to many of Kuala Lumpur's top attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was the infinity pool, which offered stunning views of the city skyline. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a great place to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend staying in a staycation apartment during your visit to Kuala Lumpur. It offers a great alternative to traditional hotels, providing a more comfortable and homely environment for your stay.

Parking needs to climb a bit. But it's normal.

The apartment was clean and nice. My kids loves the pool. We love the fact that the pool opens till late and we went night swimming almost every night!

The last time we stayed there, my mom requested extra toilet paper and was provided immediately. However, this time, we were told that there were extra charges for toilet paper and towels (used for swimming). I don't think it was too much for us to ask for extra toilet paper for a family of 5 staying for 4 days.

Quiet environment and good view. Very good water pressure and hot water. Beds were very comfortable. Great WiFi. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Entry procedure was a little unusual. No dish towels or bowls and not allowed to use cooking facilities.

The reception counter personal were very helpful, but the problem is that it is inconveniently located in the parking lot at Level 3. I booked the room for visiting guests, so luckily I could navigate going up to the Level 3 Parking Lot reception office. But I imagine guests flying into town would find this difficult.

We had a pleasant stay at this property and appreciated several aspects. The neighborhood is quiet, with less traffic than other parts of the city and within walking distance of two malls offering a variety of restaurants and supermarkets—our favorite being The Link, with Ben’s supermarket and its excellent bakery. The location is also convenient, just a short Grab ride from the city center. The staff was friendly and maintained the building’s cleanliness well. We appreciated having a food store and a snack bar offering tasty nuggets and fries for the kids at the base of the building, as well as a good barber nearby. The pool and gym were clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable to use. The apartment was spacious, bright, offered a great view, and was clean upon arrival, leaving a good first impression. The beds were comfortable, though the mattresses are starting to show signs of wear. The WiFi was excellent for remote work, including video meetings. However, as a former head manager in the hospitality industry, I’d like to highlight some areas for improvement that could help this property meet the standards of a premium serviced apartment. Attention to detail and better maintenance would make a significant difference, as it shouldn’t fall on guests to point out these issues: * The ironing board was dirty, small, and of poor quality, making it impossible to properly iron a shirt or suit. * The battery compartment of the safe was missing its cover, rendering it unusable for fear the batteries might fall out and lock it shut. * Our unit was located at the end of a hallway near a balcony, and from time to time, we smelled cigarette smoke throughout our stay, which was unpleasant. * The bathroom promotes towel reuse to support the environment, which we appreciate. However, this effort is undermined by the coffee machine, which uses non-biodegradable capsules that were unavailable in nearby stores.

We stayed in a 2 bedrooms apartment for 10 days. The location was quite convenient. Walking distance to the LINC, Intermark and Ampwalk Shopping Centres and a short ride or 15-20 mins walk to KLCC. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the building that you can get everyday necessities and fresh foods. There is also a few restaurants/cafes and some food trucks along the building towers. The facilities in the apartment is adequate and made our stay very comfortable. There is separate air conditioner and ceiling fans in n each of the bedrooms and living area so you can adjust the temperature accordingly for the guests. The washing machine was very handy for those that are staying longer and dislike bringing an excess change of clothes especially given the humidity and heat of the Malaysian weather. We were on the 15th floor but we can hardly hear any of the traffic noises or the neighbours. The staff were friendly and helpful and there is couple of complimentary housekeeping that you can utilise during your stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant and it is definitely good value for money compared to similar accommodations.

While the apartment was rather clean, I can’t help but noticed some of the furniture is looking a bit sad. The sofa and the carpet rug in the living room had visible stains on them. Paint spots on the wooden floor and stained floor tiles. Not a deal breaker, just some wear and tear I suppose. My biggest issue was with the carpark. We had a car during our stay. While there is free undercover parking provided, the spot that was allocated to us was on the 9th floor. It takes about 5 mins to get to the parking spot from the entrance. That’s 10 mins each day minimum just to get in and out of the carpark. Just something to take note for those that are thinking of renting a car.

The living room, master bedroom and the small room is clean. Beautiful unit. Aircond are cold. Swimming Pool is clean and the gym area is spacious. Easy to get food since this unit is at city centre. Love the places.

My toilet inside masterbedroom is smelly. I had told the staffs and they react fast. The staffs clean it and put some air freshner, but the toilet still smelly. I can't shower so long or relax in the bath tub because of the smelly coming from the toilet hole.

Property is fine, and value added without any extras. Though we checked in slightly, the guard was able to help us get the key for access late at night. Central location with good access to LRT & MRT

If the guard is not there, what do we do?, OR if there is a real delay by airline, what do we do? As it stated that we need to check in by 23,00, but seems that property do not consider helping out late nights. The plates/glasses, with no bowls available, were only limited to 2 persons for a 2 bedroom with 4 persons? You provide us with an induction cooker, but here is nothing for us to cook with.

I loved both the exterior and interior of the building. The spaciousness of the apartment, lighting, great views, facilities are superb ie. gym, pool, the shops and eateries on the ground floor and even getting rid of the refuse is very easy and accessible. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful.

The items supplied in the kitchen were very limited...ie. plates, cutlery. The extractor fan was not great so it was very uncomfortable when we cooked some sausages for breakfast. The iron that was provided was not good and the ironing board was broken but, happy to report that all of these were corrected promptly aside form the extractor fan which we did not advise housekeeping about.

We stayed in this accomodation with 5 persons. The rooms were spacious and offered enough seats for everyone to sit comfortably, the large dinner table made it perfect. Also the wide view of the city was nice (no city highlights in the view though). And having some grocery stores downstairs was really convenient. The swimming pool is amazing. With a length of about 25 meter its perfect for anyone who likes swimming as exercise.

Since the room was suitable for up to 6 persons, it was dissapointing to find only about 4 plates, cups and mugs. However upon request additional plates/cups were brought quickly. Additional toilet paper came with a cost. The parking was on level 8 which made driving in and out a bit cumbersome.
