Friendly and helpful staff , location and facilities is great ( gym , sauna Pool ) . The only drawback is the cleanliness of room. And I expect the service to be like a hotel that there’s daily cleaning and towel changes . Overall it’s good value for money but cleaniness could put off many people

It's super clean (spotless), new, cozy and modern, it has a super nice pool and gym. Good WiFi, perfect for my work meetings, it has nice coffee houses and restaurants and everything nearby. Definitely a great value for money. I recommend it! And will book again when I am in Kuala Lumpur!

Maybe the check in system and the instructions they provide at arrival could be improved a little bit, but definitely not a big problem, it's a very nice place to stay.

The apartment is super nice and clean! The pool and the gym are also great! Such a nice place to stay! There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, fast WiFi. Also, the person in charge was super kind! Very responsive, and let me do a late check out! Really great place to stay.

Great location. Most friendly and helpful host and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, stylish, and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
