The location was excellent. With an LRT station next to the complex getting around was easy. The complex has great leisure facilities and new gym. The shopping centre has many dining and shopping options. Unfortunately the grocery had closed down, but with Grab deliveries, this was not an issue.

Instructions to locate the property entrance were poor, as was information regarding checking in. No toaster, one frying pan, no pot. Washing machine and oven/microwave are complicated to work and no instructions were given or available. Plumbing not the best, need to fix floor traps to eliminate smells in the bathroom

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Above a shopping mall which is convenient. Great facilities, pools, sauna gym etc.

Check in process not smooth. Smell from toilet. I have seen previous reviews mentioning the same. I hope owner will take action so will get better reviews. Not owners fault - no air con in gym and nothing to wipe down equipment. Bizarre seeing as how heavy the country still is with masks etc.

Overall the place is very comfortable and cozy. I have been staying with Five Senses. Although sometimes there are inconveniences. But this time the have given to me extra care and make sure everything is in order. The location is next to LRT Station. Very convenience with a mall below the residence. It's a very brand new unit. Everything was well prepared with kitchen, wifi, etc. Nothing I can complaint. Highly recommended. Btw check in need to inform owner early cause it's lockbox so have to take note ya. Also the swimming pool and facilities is very nice. There is a sky ring which is a must visit for photos!!!! =D

Pretty amazing! The appartment is super clean and comfy. The building is quite impressive, brand new and well maintained. The swimming pool is incredible and barely used by the different tenants. The location is perfect: not quite directly in the center so that you can enjoy a bit of peace; And just close enough that you can get to the main attractions quickly. Company managing the place is very responsive and the staff who helped us were super kind.

Comments about the smell are accurate... Unfortunately. That being said, it looks like there isn't much the owners can do about it. It's a building issue apparently. They did try to come and limit the smell while we were there, which was nice. In any case, it wasn't that horrible. Just close the toilet seat and bathroom door and you'll be ok.

I don't like this property because the return booking is too long!!!! The first time booking a deposit takes time, I stayed in an expensive hotel and an even more expensive apartment, I returned the deposit in just 3.4 hours, not a Datum apartment!! take 7,14 days is crazy!! very bad

There isn’t one fault I can say about this property, it has everything you need it is perfect and much more, the facilities are amazing, gym, pool, shopping centre below it all adds up to complete this perfect little apartment, wish I could’ve stayed longer. The location is also right next to the train station within 2-3 minute walk so you can easily access anywhere on KLCC.

There is only one improvement I could say for this property and that is the deposit method. I completely understand leaving a deposit however I believe it should be changed for a different method for example through PayPal this would help so much more as for foreign travellers such as myself from the UK it was a lot harder to transfer deposit and even worse to receive deposit back. This is the only problem, other than that a perfect apartment/stay 5*****

New building that located below mall. Super convenient! Room comfortable cozy and suitable for short trip traveller. Worth it!

Few good restaurants available around the premise. huge swimming pool. landscapes are nice easy access by car, train or bus

i have to fill up my details thru whatsapp my details already written in the booking process the refund for deposit take too long time. its should be refunded instantly as we pay the deposit online too parking for visitor too high

The location is very convenient where I can grab my needs and necessary easily. The room is very comfortable and I feel home during my stay, the staff that hosting me is very friendly and responsive. Will definitely come back for my next trip to KL.

Everything was good and very satisfied. My stay was extremely beyond my expectation. My feedback for this stay is definitely great! I will recommend for my friend and family if any one of them are traveling to KL.

Was clean. Checkin & checkout was a easy process. very secured as it needs to be accessed with the access card only. Parking was easy as well. It’s attached to the mall that has lots of food options. Quiet in the property. We had a good time there & will definitely come back again 😊

Outside of the property… opposite sides there was some on going building constructions. Early morning the noise from the constructions were a bit of a disturbance during our peaceful sleep.
