Honestly one of the best Hosts i‘ve had during my 3 Months Asia Trip. The Room itself is located on the 8th floor and it comes with a beautiful view. It has a big Glassfront which i personally really liked. I’ll make it short: i had everything i needed and had a really comfortable stay during my time in KL - in the bathroom there is a laundry machine u can use (the Host brought me also a Drying Rack). I cooked breakfast every Morning and missed nothing in the Kitchen. The bed is also comfortable and i enjoyed the pool mostly by myself so it’s very quiet. (Its located on the rooftop of another Tower but it’s just a short walk). What really pointed out positively to me was the Host. The communication was super easy and if i had a question, he answered very fast. Even when i lost the roomkey we found a very fair Solution and he even gave me another, better room for one night.

The sofa was a bit too hard for my Taste.

The apartment was beautifully furnished with many paintings, adding character. The cozy curtains, comfortable bed, and high ceilings enhanced the charm. The kitchen was well-equipped with a large fridge, induction stove top, rice cooker, and electric kettle. Additional conveniences included a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, washing machine, and a large wardrobe. The check-in process was quick and easy. The host was very caring and ensured everything was to my liking, promptly returning my 200 RM deposit upon checkout. The house was well-maintained, safe, and secure, with friendly guards.

No major negatives. Only the sound insulation could be improved, as noises from neighbors and cleaners were quite audible, along with occasional door alarms. The absence of a delivery table in the lobby and the reception’s policy of not holding deliveries meant meeting delivery persons exactly on time was necessary. The house’s location wasn’t walkable, requiring a taxi for shopping or other activities

The location worked well for us as it was easy enough to get a grab into the city centre. The room itself was exceptionally clean, washing machine in the unit aswell with some racks to hang the clothes dry. Little kitchenette with a fridge, stove top & a kettle, tv, aircon & a ceiling fan. Great restaurants near by, we ate at Yahala Restaurant that had the best Middle Eastern food.😍

Not a bad review however when we originally booked we were messaged requesting a 200RM deposit transferred to a bank account. We did not do this and instead on the day of checking in we told the host we would be happy to pay the deposit in cash. We were then told no deposit was needed. So if you’re messaged this - just ignore.

The area is a little further from rail transport than I would like, but there was a mall and range of options within easy walking distance. The apartment was bright, sunny and cheerful! The high ceilings made it feel extra spacious. It was great having a washing machine, drying rack, iron and somewhere to hang my cloths. The buildings each have their own security guard and set of lifts. So it feels very secure and you never have to wait long for the elevator. There's also a small mini mart downstairs run by a friendly, extroverted Indian chap - it's handy for all sorts of essentials and snacks.

A nearby neighbour was causing a lot of noise in the mornings and evenings with furniture scraping on the tile floor (one of the sounds I personally hate the most). It was so loud that it would wake me up in the morning and keep me awake at night. When the host checked in via message, mentioned it to him and he immediately took action. He also gave me the opportunity to move to another apartment if that would make me more comfortable. To my surprise... perhaps shock...the noise suddenly reduced to a tolerable level and I could get proper rest. It was amazing. The host genuinely cares about your comfort and is willing and able to resolve issues.

24-hour security who were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The owner was also very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. There were 6 lifts to the apartment. On entering the apartment it was very clean with air-conditioning plus a fan, the bed was very comfortable with a sofa too, and tv with Netflix and You tube excellent when the weather not too good.The kitchen area had a hot plate a microwave grill and kettle with cutlery and plates. The bathroom was spacious with a washing machine you can use. You can also use the swimming pool on Tower 3, only a short distance from 2B plus a small shop

I decided to book this condominium because I saw good reviews on booking.com. Everything was great, just as the reviews said. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and everything was exactly as shown in the pictures I saw on the website. The owner was also very friendly and helpful and responded immediately. There were 24-hour security guards, which made us feel very safe. Also, the security people were all nice and very helpful. The store clerk was also friendly and I really enjoyed talking to him. The convenience store opens from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and there was also a FamilyMart vending machine in front of the entrance of the condo so I could always buy what I wanted. It was very good. I’d love to stay in this condominium again next time I go to Malaysia. Highly recommended!

The only thing I would say is that it was a bit far to walk to the Jelatek LRT station. It was about 15 minute walk. It was a bit difficult to walk when it was hot. However, the bus stop for KLCC was about 5 minute walk away, so I often used the bus.

I am very satisfied, and the landlord is very friendly.He helped me solve my problem very quickly.I'm a neat freak, and I feel very good and very sanitary on the whole.I hope I can choose my favorite room next time.Because when I made a reservation, my favorite room was gone.

It's a little noisy because it's being decorated upstairs.Generally speaking, there is no big problem.It's just that there is a little traffic jam in this area, So I ordered grab food.

We loved everything about our stay here. It is a contact less check in but the owner checked up on us via WhatsApp throughout our stay to make sure we were OK and to change sheets if needed. There is 24 hrs security on the entrance who were all very friendly. There is a basic gym and lovely big pool in the next building that is free to use. Also Netflix is logged in on the TV in the room which was so nice to chill in the evenings to. You are a short grab ride away from everything and there are some shops a 10 minute walk away such as 7eleven and a grocery store with cafe. If we are back in kuala lumpur we would definitely stay here again
