Honestly one of the best Hosts i‘ve had during my 3 Months Asia Trip. The Room itself is located on the 8th floor and it comes with a beautiful view. It has a big Glassfront which i personally really liked. I’ll make it short: i had everything i needed and had a really comfortable stay during my time in KL - in the bathroom there is a laundry machine u can use (the Host brought me also a Drying Rack). I cooked breakfast every Morning and missed nothing in the Kitchen. The bed is also comfortable and i enjoyed the pool mostly by myself so it’s very quiet. (Its located on the rooftop of another Tower but it’s just a short walk). What really pointed out positively to me was the Host. The communication was super easy and if i had a question, he answered very fast. Even when i lost the roomkey we found a very fair Solution and he even gave me another, better room for one night.

The sofa was a bit too hard for my Taste.

The apartment was beautifully furnished with many paintings, adding character. The cozy curtains, comfortable bed, and high ceilings enhanced the charm. The kitchen was well-equipped with a large fridge, induction stove top, rice cooker, and electric kettle. Additional conveniences included a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, washing machine, and a large wardrobe. The check-in process was quick and easy. The host was very caring and ensured everything was to my liking, promptly returning my 200 RM deposit upon checkout. The house was well-maintained, safe, and secure, with friendly guards.

No major negatives. Only the sound insulation could be improved, as noises from neighbors and cleaners were quite audible, along with occasional door alarms. The absence of a delivery table in the lobby and the reception’s policy of not holding deliveries meant meeting delivery persons exactly on time was necessary. The house’s location wasn’t walkable, requiring a taxi for shopping or other activities

I decided to book this condominium because I saw good reviews on booking.com. Everything was great, just as the reviews said. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and everything was exactly as shown in the pictures I saw on the website. The owner was also very friendly and helpful and responded immediately. There were 24-hour security guards, which made us feel very safe. Also, the security people were all nice and very helpful. The store clerk was also friendly and I really enjoyed talking to him. The convenience store opens from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and there was also a FamilyMart vending machine in front of the entrance of the condo so I could always buy what I wanted. It was very good. I’d love to stay in this condominium again next time I go to Malaysia. Highly recommended!

The only thing I would say is that it was a bit far to walk to the Jelatek LRT station. It was about 15 minute walk. It was a bit difficult to walk when it was hot. However, the bus stop for KLCC was about 5 minute walk away, so I often used the bus.

parking is not free and very expensive

We loved everything about our stay here. It is a contact less check in but the owner checked up on us via WhatsApp throughout our stay to make sure we were OK and to change sheets if needed. There is 24 hrs security on the entrance who were all very friendly. There is a basic gym and lovely big pool in the next building that is free to use. Also Netflix is logged in on the TV in the room which was so nice to chill in the evenings to. You are a short grab ride away from everything and there are some shops a 10 minute walk away such as 7eleven and a grocery store with cafe. If we are back in kuala lumpur we would definitely stay here again

Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay here

Really large space, comfortable bed, perfect shower, the rooftop pool view is incredible as well as the view from the room itself. There is security/receptionist downstairs 24/7. Vending machines, convenience store and a couple cafes. The Jelatek station is a 20 minute walk away but that didn't bother me, it's an easy enough walk. The check in instructions were really clear too which were really appreciated as we checked in at 1:30AM after a long day of traveling. Really enjoyed this stay, thank you.

The apartment was very secure, with 24 hour security on site. Everything in the apartment worked as it should and the bed was comfortable, I found having a washing machine very useful. There is a reasonably nice view. Everything was very clean when I arrived, and any questions were responded to very quickly by the hosts. Happy to recommend and would happily stay here again.

I saw the exceptional reviews on this site and that's why I booked this property. I definitely understand these ratings now. It's a nicely furnished studio apartment with a very cozy vibe. You have your own kitchen and laundry machine. The rooftop pool is amazing. Moreover, the host is very kind and immediately answered all our questions. You get a very good deal for your money here.

The walk to the subway station can be a bit long, especially on a hot day but then, Malaysia is the home of Grab and taxis are cheap.

We could use the gym and swimming pool for free on the 25th floor. Nice big room.

The couches were very simple, cheap ones. The studio apartment description on booking.com wasn't right. It said it has 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom, and 1 bathroom. But there's no separate bedroom. How I see the studios' pictures only the colour of the wall and some furniture are the difference. They have 1 living room with the bed and 1 separate bathroom.
