"Excellent hotel. Great service, I felt I was welcomed. Quite smooth reservation process.Very friendly service from the desk to Housekeeping especially staff by the name of Minar at the Reception.He is very helpful,friendly and a lot of knowledge about what we need.The Hotel is well situated, convenient, being close to shopping, Restaurant Pelita (recommend it) and other restaurant as well. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed.We would definitely stay there again.

Everything is perfect. Maybe it is small matter for me, just provide hairdryer in the room.

The iron place is put in front of a room, might be disturbing the customer there. Also, we tried to pay thru E-wallet/card, but the machine didn't work out. Had to pay with cash.

Good location. Near to shopping mall Ampang Point. Available public parking. Near to a lot of convenience shops (CU Mart/7-eleven) and mamak restaurants which are walkable distance.

I booked for a family room with 2 queen beds. But the hotel only provides 2 towels. When we request for extra towel at the receptionist, he said there was no extra towel due to the hotel is full. Very inconvenience to us.

Booking and checking in were very well entertained. Staffs were friendly. Even managed to recommend us to where to get rthe best kebab in town. The Room was very comfortable - well air-conditioned which was a problem in some hotels we went to.

The toilet is big but could be better equipped with a proper vanity

Easy parking lot. Big room. Aircond cold. Water pressure was good. Big bathroom . Ada sejadah utk solat. Clean and tidy . Friendly staff.

No electric kettle and coffee. A bit noisy with the bird outside. I think it is not a sound proof wall.

The room was spacious and very accommodating for our small family. The staff and hospitality was A++ definitely a huge reason to come back. Love the smart tv. The bathroom was huge!
