Apartment so clean and neat...will repeat back again.. Tq

I Don't like environment of the pool because.. cigarettes are everywhere also inside the pool so better aware about cleanliness around the pool... Tq

We use almost 2 hours to find the place until mid night only able to find. We used the address Lorong Ampang which you provided in advertisement, but the wase cannot find it, I called up to the hotline, only know the address is wrong!

I love everything about the place, the rooms were very cozy and spacious. It was quite affordable for those who want to travel with family for more than one week. Guarantee to save money on takeouts as they provide necessary kitchen utensils. The quietness of the room was very good for someone who wanted to take naps and sleep soundly at night. The staff was very quick in responding to your queries and very accommodating.

The internet dropped sometimes during our stay, but the staff was very quick in fixing it. To be honest even without the internet, I would still choose this place for my next long visit. Highly recommended.

There is no Washing machine in washing machine area and no additional card given by the staff because of it we could not go out side of the apartment separately even we couldn't use lift to see the building amenities. And no person is there to solve your pity issues, we have to use whatsapp to connect with agent of the property to solve our pity issues, there should be a person to whom guest to be in touch with him personally for their queries like how to get key which lift to be used for their apartment etc.

I like the room space, it was more than enough for the 4 of us. It has the facilities that we all need (e.g. stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine, etc.). The room was very quiet at night too which was very good for sleep. It was worth the price

I did not really like the check in process, which was quite long and confusing. I was expecting for the key to be given at the security check, but I was told to pick up the key somewhere else. It was not very helpful, especially when you are checking in with so many luggage. The security guy at the check in was a bit rude, as if he was the boss or something. He could have been more polite and friendly to new comer. My washing machine broke when I arrived and it took almost a day to have a response, which was disappointing. I was expecting a quick fix so I could use it, especially as I was staying for less than a week. Then my AC leaked at night, but that was sorted out fast which was good.

Check-in and lifts were fine. The one I needed to go into apartment was out of order for 5 mins when I arrived but fixed itself and was fine after. Place is spacious. WiFi is good. Nice shower. A lot of choice for restaurants in the area. Handy supermarket down 5 mins down the road.

The apartment smelt like insect killing spray for the first 2-3 days, had to have windows open to air it out. The ding of the lift moving was a little loud in the apartment. No metro/train service nearby, had to rely on walking or grab. Apartment was a little short of natural light.

Out family stayed for 5 nights. The apartment was very clean, with all the facilities mentioned in the description. Clear instructions were sent a day prior, a smooth check in process. The private elevator was the best option, since we had very long waiting for the elevator in most of the other tall building. The customer support whatsapp chat was very efficient and supportive. Gave quick solutiona for any matter very quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this for anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The apartment was clean and the host or company was in constant contact with me via Whatsapp throughout our 3 night stay. The missing remote air controller was immediately replaced. The view from the apartment was excellent..could see all the iconic towers in the city center.

1. Only 1 access card and key was provided. So, there was a lot of inconvenience when the 3 of us want to leave and return to the apartment at different times. 2. There was no washing machine and clothes dryer but not a big issue compared to the first one mentioned above.
