I liked our apartment 50-06 with amazing views of KL , the Petronas towers and everything else almost at the top of the building(above us only the terraced roof on the 51 st floor) . From our bedrooms we had one of the best views of KL from the sky. The place is clean, has a laundry machine, a kitchen and soap and dish soap and many other things are provided. I liked the pool area and the roof where I could smoke with so much space around me and on the roof again with an amazing view. The check in and check out were pretty smooth and the person working there is always available if you need something. The location is also good. No more than 17 MYR grab taxi to the centre(sometimes less) We should return when we are in KL again. Recommended

You have to be careful to always have the magnetic key with you, especially at night, otherwise you won't be able to use the elevator or access the main lobby door from downstairs. If you have trouble anyway security guards at the access from the street side will help you Payment seems to be only in cash but it's ok after all

Very nice and clean

the property is located near the city center. I went to a few attractive places easily via the expressway not far from the apartment. Food was readily accessible near the apartment from morning to night.

We got the apartment on the 50th floor which was the top level and found water leakage from the wall. the rainwater was sipping into one of the apartment rooms. I already complained to the owner's representative but he said the matter has been voiced out to the apartment management and no action taken.

Perfect location with affordable price

Reizz residence has gym , swimming pool . Good facilities 👍 apartment is big enough to fit group of people. Location is nice as well , nearby restaurants, food stalls , cafe , village grocer , ampang point shopping mall , KPJ hospital 🏥. Clean, cozy , complete apartment with good wifi , staffs and security also good . Can recommend if looking for budget friendly stay with good quality accommodation.

Some chairs in the kitchen were broken. And in the bathrooms there is neither a hanger nor a shelf to hang/put a towel. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The location is good. There are food stall nearby. The aparment was clean. Lift also no need to que for so long. We like the view.

The are some floor inside the room was broken, it was just covered by the floor mat.. The heater hose come out and couldn't be connected.

Unplanned and very last minute Check in. We stayed just for 1 night. Check in and check out process very easy. Free private parking. Free wifi. The house is clean. Fridge, kettle, microwave, washing machine and Android TV also provided. It really feels like home. The unit is complete with everything that you need when away from home. 👍👍👍

The room is really nice & cozy. Great view of KL in 38 floor. Lucky to get cornered house so get a better view of KL. Easy to get food. Pool is nice.

Hoping to have extra pillow. Lil bit far from LRT. I went here to bring my kids to have an experience with train. But I have to travelled by car to go to nearest train station at Jelatek.
