It was the best for me: location, kind Afghani staff, restaurants nearby abd security.

Room is clean and staff is so polite! We check in in 10pm, but check in is fast. Deposit RM50. we check out on 9am, but maybe is foreign staff thus leaving bank account for refund deposit. Received in fast after contact with hotel. Nearby got some cafe and bar can have some bite with walk distance. Next to got a big chinese food court also. Water pressure is good! 2 night is KL town area only around RM120 is really good value!

Location is next to main road and beside got a big chinese food court thus will have some noise. Maybe because water pressure is big thus next door open water quite loud although we didn't switch off water. Parking lot is locate beside shop lot, should take care own self, we stay 2 nights are safe. No lift. On first night, we bring our items to room, staff asked if we need help. Room is a bit small for big size person.

For the rate that you're paying, this hotel serves its purpose. The room and the toilet were clean, the staff was ok. The open parking is free, behind the hotel, a short walk away. A bit challenging when it rained during my stay and a little dark at night though there is light. We had to check out before 7am, and the staff returned my RM50 deposit the night before obligingly. We left the key in the keybox at the lobby. Location wise, it is right at the junction and you have no layby to park and unload your luggage so you have to drive around and make a quick stop using the back door. There's a grocery store across the parking lot, and a US Pizza nearby. I have no complaints.

Super convenient for late arrivals (I got there past 2:00 AM cause of late flight), you can self check-in anytime. Perfect for short stays, extremely clean. I only stayed one night, so can't comment on the location too much, except it is one hour walk from Twin Towers. .

The staff very friendly..good..like smile to guest...and give explanation very detail about hotel..and all shop very near with this hotel..mall,bank,7e ,mee tarik.cu mart family,. restaurants..just need walk about 7-11 minute ..just in front hotel..

The parking..little bit far from hotel..need improvement ..

The location is good. I never tried their breakfast hihi. But there are a lot of stores around this place. So I like it very much. At morning it can be quite noisy because its near to road. Other then that everything is good. The staffs also very friendly and kind.

I don't know about other room but in my room there is no extra switch board to charge my phone and laptop. That's it.

the man whos manning the counter is very dedicated and commited. he waited for us until we arrived in the middle of the night. he was very hospitable and friendly. looking forward to meeting you again, mr fareed 👍

nothing much except there’s no kiblat indicator. but that can be improved easily.

The room was cozy and worth the price , toilet a bit small but very clean , hair dryer available in the room , easy to access

There were no heater , need to get water by yourself , not enough pillow , no lift

good value for money with everything you need at this price point. friendly staff (Bryan) and good location with free parking space. i truly enjoyed my stay there.

Housekeeping could be better....i noticed the same stain on the mug in the room during my 2nd night stay :)
