The location is right behind TRX. My hotel room being upgraded to a loft type, which is more spacious. The bathroom with greenery is a plus.

The room floor feels slightly dusty. I don't like the valet parking service, there is only one person on duty. And check out time have to wait for 15 mins to collect my car.

Llyod’s Inn start gaining its popularity among avid travelers from all over the world and now expanding in Kuala Lumpur. The eclectic mix of room typologies will definitely give a whole new experience to its guests. The calm and serenity concept, are known as their signature. Rooms with private tarrace or balcony amongst others brings a unique experience.

Room 1106 bathroom definitely needs a fix. The floor unfortunately did not drain the shower water properly as it pools at the toilet area. Makes it uncomfortable if you need to use the toiket with ur feet wet.

The hotel decor was modern and stylish for me, and with eco-friendly concept, excellent location located at the city center, TRX Exchange Mall & MRT Station are within walking distance, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception Lloyd’s staff, delicious breakfast they served! thank you chef and all the Lloyd’s teams! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was decent with al carte choice for main dish. There were bread, croissants, overnight oats, yogurt, fresh fruits and coffee/tea. However the breakfast area is small, hence a bit crowded. Location is excellent as it was 5 mins walk to TRX and eatery like Hai Kah Lang, where is famous for its fish soups! The location of Lloyds is much better than staying in the traffic congested area of Bukit Bintang.

The room is too ‘industrial’ looking for my likes and it showed wear and tear. Water marks showing up on the walls.

*location is very near to TRX..just walking distance *All of the staff are very attentive,helpful and friendly..on my 1st night,around 11pm,our room having problem with the aircond,we called the receptionist and she send the technician to check the aircond..it turns out the aircond is not functioning so they upgraded our room and we changed to other room without any payment🥰 *we are impress with the staffs efficiency👍🏻 *we love the breakfast selection *we love the amenities in the room *this is our 2nd staycation with Llyod’s inn🥰

*as our room is superior double room,the bed will be on upstair..the upstair area is very noisy when we walk on it..we don’t feel safe sometimes because it is making squeeky sound when we walk *some of the paint is flaking out *the internet connection to the tv sometimes is not stable *as our room is infront of the lift,we can hear the lift and the peoples talking😓

Toilet privacy needs to improve

Superb location, clean and cosy room, signature bathtub & value for money.

Breakfast service can be improved, the main course takes a while to be served and the hostess seems lost.

I had a great 2 night stay here on my birthday weekend. The staff was kind enough to upgrade my room for free to a sky loft & even gave me a handwritten birthday card. Deeply touched by the gesture! Love how they provide complimentary breakfast too where we can choose between Western & Asian cuisine. They also had a small buffet spread with bread, cereals, yogurt, fruits & beverage. Location was great. Within walking location to TRX, Grumpy Bagels, OGA Tea Dining & Pingmin Hub. There's a mamak stall right in front too!

1) There's only valet parking available & it's RM 20 per entry. 2) While the room was great, the bathroom was a little small & I feel a bit exposed having only shower curtains to block the glass window.

everything is good and nice , even the room smell nice . nearby to trx mall and times square mall also got mamak stall in front the hotel . the breakfast is so good which you can order 2 option from breakfast of the day and have a buffet breakfast but not so much option on buffet . the staff really helpful and friendly .

the parking quite expensive and they only have valet parking which is rm20/day with 2 times free entry and the staff at parking an indian man is not friendly , he didn't give my balance and being irresponsible so you can find another parking area around the hotel but need to walk a bit . if you stay on weekend , it quite noisy because near to mamak stall and highway plus the toilet concept is open area which cover by blind .

Extremely helpful and friendly staff at reception desk, helped us greatly. Located very close to TRX mall and LRT station, so lots of shops and food nearby. Good breakfast from menu and added small buffet. Water tap on 15th floor to refill.

Some of the green on the building unfortunately doesn't seem to survive the heat. Rooms are sized just big enough (which is understandable for the price in this location). We had a small problem with small ants, entering our room and taking some of our snacks.
