Friendly staffs and clean environment though the outside sewage system really needs some work because it destroys the beauty of the hotel

Smells of the sewage system outside of the building

All was good including of service and facilities either from hotel itself or surroundings. Have room service for everyday, just inform to receptionist either want or not. The place really recommended to stay for business trip or holiday or leisure.

Breakfast was not included. The room was clean but have ants everywhere. Pity us.

I just repeat again booking here when I need to outstation or holiday at kl. The room sgt selesa, aircond sejuk n located at suitable place in the room. The facilities were okay, nothing to worry for this room because everything was there. The hotel's location pun quite strategic.

Suitable for family with young kids.

Already informes I need a Buss. Invoice under company name, when check-in, inform staff but was asked to inform after check-out. At check-out, another staff inform miscommunication, the check-in staff was new and didn't know need to change to company name before check out.

Got a restaurant down stair and near Giant supermarket.

Hope they can improve the cleanliness of the toilet/bathroom especially the tiles by using Mold n Stain cleaner. The tiles is a bit dirty.

Fast wifi, clean enough, reception is open 24 hours.

No fridge. How come I was asked for a tourist visa? Singaporeans are exempted from visa when visiting Malaysia.

Nothing.

Free parking, comfy bed, Giant & Eco Shop just around the coner.

Power socket only have 2 in family room.

Good location, cheap
