We chose this hotel because it was close to our relatives’ houses. Nothing looks special on the outside but once you cross the threshold into the hotel, you’re greeted by the aroma of lemongrass essence & you’re transported into a totally different ambiance - evoking a warm, cozy & relaxed atmosphere. We arrived super early so could not check-in but we were welcomed into the waiting area & served hot lemongrass tea. Since we couldn’t check-in yet, we stowed our luggage at the hotel while we ate lunch at a nearby eatery serving various affordable local food. Another plus- the hotel is within walking distance to different convenience stores, restaurants & banks. We booked the family & deluxe queen room & were greatly impressed by the cleanliness, design & layout. The family room was spacious enough to accommodate some relatives who came to check out the room & who were also impressed by its size, design & layout. The staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. During our stay we dealt mostly with Simon, who was especially friendly, helpful & accommodating. Thank you, Simon!

In the family room we would prefer an electric kettle for hot water as opposed to getting it from the general station outside the room. The frosted glass for the bathroom is aesthetically pleasing but in the family room, perhaps the curtain that covers the bathtub, can be drawn all the way to cover the frosted glass since not all occupants of a family room are couples, partners or family members.

It is unique and distinct in many respects. Besides a promising and comfy hotel-like stay, it promotes natural healthy lifestyle. The great theme of Live Well, Eat Well and Look Well intrigues us to put up with it. We have had a great healthy meal in Mama Kim restaurant located just within easy reach downstairs. It’s a stay of great inspiration on wellness and beyond. The location is ideal with many different entities of convenience; eateries, bank and a hospital are just among the few to cater for every one’s needs. We highly recommend it for those who desire a different experience in staycation.

Though vehicle parking lot is limited, it shouldn’t be an issue since there are plenty of daily charging parking lots around it. Have to pay rm100 as deposit too.

the staff is friendly. the bedroom is clean and smell very good. it feels like you entering spa eventhough you just booking for bedroom only.. the body shower, shampoo and hair conditioner smell organic ingredient. good facilities, the most important they provide iron clothes, iron board and hairdryer.

not muslim friendly. for muslim customer, you are advise to bring your own sajadah and use apps to find qibla (kiblat). bathroom wall for single bedroom is blurry glass wall. others bedroom, i don't know.

The smell of lemongrass welcomed us to the guest house. It is very comforting and relaxing. I am glad that i have chosen a double bed room even though i am a single travel. The space is nice for me and my luggage. The shampoo and conditioner and bath gel are all lemongrass and make me feel like I am in a resort after I finish my bath. The common hot/warm/cool water dispenser is just outside my room. Only thing is that the tea bags always run out. I supposed it is becos some of the guests have pack them away for themselves. Thus hard for the staffs to refill them. Their sample coconut cookies are excellent, and I bought a few boxes as souvenirs for my family and colleagues. The food at the connecting restaurant is also marvellous with good mix of vegetarian and normal food. I could have my meals there every day if I have any breaks from the meetings. Will definitely choose this homestay if I am back for another business trip!

Almost everything! This was my second time coming here and I can see myself coming more often because of the services, cleanliness and hospitality. My friend who I bring along loves it so much she even bought the shampoo and souvenirs. Dobby and restaurants are nearby within walking distance. Mama Kim is a must!

The toilet's glass door. It is not totally covered all the way up. So you can hear whatever 'business' inside the loo.

Location is convenient with many eateries within walking distance.

I thought tea and coffee maker was presented on website as being available in the room but was told by reception to use public tea and coffee at lift lobby outside the room. It’s probably better that the hotel provides a kettle in the room for the deluxe room category which I have selected.

Location was good and services was all good and the hotel smells so good all the time it was the lemongrass

The daily necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body shampoo are of excellent quality. The design and facilities of the room are satisfactory. The surrounding products are very worthy of being marketed.

Nothing except parking, The hot water dispenser is located in the corridor instead of within the room, and the payment of the deposit must be made in cash, not through credit cards or e-wallets.

The decor was great; I loved the decorative touches on the walls in the room, hallway, and elevator. The lemongrass diffusers in the hallways was lovely and the daily jasmine and lemongrass tea was a bonus. And the staff were all very nice. A special shout out to the charming Ajee at the front desk, who was very helpful and an asset to the hotel.

TOO MUCH LOVEEEEEEEEE! eventho this hotel lil bit pricey 😆 From the outside hotel until to the room, you can smells lemongrass and also get a HerbaLine for toiletries. LOVE! and in the room, we also get SmartTV (Netflix and others) plus outside room there also have a place that we can chill but please mind no food allowed. Easy to get parking for 4 early customers (btw i get reserved parking hehe) Check in at 7pm & checkout at 10am really smooth! (receptionist very GOOD)

maybe beauty spa closed early, because if not i want to try their services at night!
