The cleanliness is tiptop. The price is very affordable for that kind of hotel. Not very spacious but good enough as a budget hotel. The toilet is super duper spacious which I like so so much. The facilities were super good and complete enough. Seriously this is beyond budget hotel. I am travelling to UKM and its really near and not crowded to go there. Parking is also available and many. It has lift and water dispenser.

Booked for 2D1N only for RM125 with 1 queen size bed and 1 single plus district view. Maybe it's cheap cause the first time users discount but nevermind, the room was quite spacious especially the bathroom. Goshh, i'm in love with the bathroom haha. The shower was at 4 star hotel level. The staff also were so nice. At first I thought it was just going to be a hotel budget with low facilities but I was wrong. It exceeded my expectation 🫶🏻 they also had steam iron which is so easy to use. The room had no refrigerator but you can use the refrigerator at the lobby.

Hm...parking was kinda hard to find since it's always full especially during mid day. Also, you need to download flexi parking to pay or you will be compounded by the authorities. Oh, and the hotel needs to provide more hooks so the guests can hang their clothes, and a mirror outside of the bathroom. The room i booked only had one mirror (in the bathroom), so I needed to wait for the bathroom to be vacant to use the mirror. it's kinda hard tho if we are rushing...

Experience of 20 days, for me the best that can be found at a good price and important to have private bathroom in your room, the staff is friendly and help you if you need it, you have several places near food, supermarkets and transportation, in summary it has not been bad.

The only thing they ask for is a deposit of 200RM, but at the end of my stay they returned it to me without problem

Very great value for a night plus the hotel got an elevator. Clean room and toilet. Gaming(?) PC at lobby, free to use for costumer. Carpark is abundant. Hotel location is almost stategic.

The door is not soundproof, could improved but i digressed.

Value for money for a budget hotel. Worth the money. Room is adequate for one person. Spacious toilet. Clean. The staff was responded well when ive informed the room was smell like smoking area. When i came back the smell was gone. Satisfied.

The room was smoking smelled, i guess from the external compressor. The iron board was located at the reception counter, and outdated and taking some time for ironing, i guess they should replace with steamed iron if can.

The staff are all welcoming and the environment is good. the room is just nice.

The parking is hard to find as the hotel located like in the mid town. i need to find and look for parking for around 10 times until i get a park during lunch hour.

Maybe there’s one… the soundproof of the room, whenever the room beside me open their water pipe, the sound was very loud… and I thought was gas leaking…😂
