The hotel concept itself is unique as they have a self check in vending machine. It also has an elevator which is easy to those who brings luggage. The room is comfy and worth the value to someone who is tight on a budget. The staffs are also accommodating.

Not really something that I dislike, it's rather observations on small2 things. 1. There is spots of leakage at the bathroom ceiling 2. To add on more sockets/plugs at the TV area instead of only besides the bed. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly and very helpful, eventhough she was new (Hidayah). The aircon in the room wasn't working but she managed to coordinate the change of room for me - and it was ok after that.

I checked-out early morning - the self check-out machine, its impossible to put the towel in, so I had to leave it at the counter.

The staff is very friendly and helpful - this is not my first stay Ratna is the one who always manages my check-in (I finally found out her name - better late than never) My check-out was another staff and she was also very friendly Cleanliness and comfort is ok if you are not gonna be in the room much.

There are enough twin room for my 8 sets of guest.

All room were differ, however all of it well clean and mantained.

the smoke free hotel made me so comfortable plus the good manners, polite and warming staff
