Bed is VERY soft and comfortable. The AC is VERY cold(it's a positive tho) and the blanket is thick enough to handle the AC, I don't feel hot or anything under the blanket whole night with AC on, just comfort. The water temperature of the shower is cun cun. Not too cold nor too hot.

The little bit smell of cigarette from the room every time I walk in. But gone/get used to it after seconds.

I like the room, its clean and ask them to do make up room and change bed sheet... Good service and comfortable for 5 nights... Room quit big and space

Dont have free parking need to fight with others to get parking, the room front right doesnt work it makes room was dark in night, lift not function at the last day and suddenly blackout an hour before cek out.. After all anything than this all are okay staff was friendly too

Nice water pressure in the bath, location is very close to miecc Basic but has all the essential stuff Firm bed too

Some amenities didn't replenish before we check in, but can request from the from the front desk. Might get a bit noisy so prepare some ear plugs

No car park reservef.. public car park only No coffee just a mineral water... At least the hotel must standby a packet of 3 in 1 coffee..

i loved all the materials used in the room... everything seemed modern and user friendly... loved the shower n the sink so much... the water heater was good n heaven the room has space to perform solah for the muslim n shows kiblat every furniture was well arranged including the place to hang our clothes n towels it is an ordinary hotel room which is occupied with 5 star hotel materials. keep it up!

i just experienced a bit unpleasant smell from my blanket during my recent stay... maybe the blanket was not completely dry after being washed and the worker had to use it fast due to insufficient of dry blanket...

I like the location. Very strategic. I like the room. Feel comfy and quite spacious. The bathroom is okay. And the toiletries. Also provide iron. I like the room design. BUT OVERALL - I FEEL COMFY AND HAD A NICE SLEEP.

Bed : the pillow sheet and comforter are quite okay but a lil bit yellowish. But itsokay. Maybe the management already wash all the sheet, but the yellow stain wont come out. Bathroom : the white paint from ceiling fell off due to watery ceiling. Idk if the ceiling were strong enough to hold on for a long time, but for sure one day it gonna cause a problem. And after we took a shower, there's a water stagnant. Idk if its the drainage problem or the bathroom floor doesnt meet the spec. the water should flow out. Aircond : the aircond were great but need a service and the water from the aircond dripping out.

Parking a bit hard but you can park behind the hotel and use yhe alleyway there to go to the hotel.
