We got upgraded to Villa, the room was spacious and comfortable. however, due to the timber flooring being used, those who stay at the ground unit can somehow easily 'disturbed' by the sound of guests staying on the upper unit (walking, runnig, moving furnitures). The sliding door lock is faulty which we have highlighted to the staff on the check-out date (we just realized it was not locked throughout our stay (we have supposedly do a detailed checking upon check in but guess we were just too tired to do anything as we stayed there for the Redline Fitness Games event). Breakfast was good too. We love this place due to its close proximity to MIECC and the shopping mall (walking distance).

The fact that they only give 1 access card instead of 2. You may try to request.

Really nice , huge hotel next to the golf course in the middle of the city . Huge shopping centre within walking distance that offers boat cruises as the river runs through the ground floor . Hotel staff can take you on a golf cart shuttle too . Really goood buffet breakfast with egg and paratha station . Man made beach is a great touch Every room has a balcony with beautiful views . The staff are super helpful and friendly.

The pool is a bit non inviting for swimming as it’s water from the river but it looks really nice .

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Fiza at the front desk was especially helpful with excellent service and professionalism. I definitely want to give her a 10/10 rating. We also loved the balcony of the room with a beautiful view of the lake and sunset. Even though some facilities looked a bit outdated, but the value is good👍. It’s also very close to a mall with restaurants and grocery shopping inside. Very convenient.

Incredible. Everything was great.You will feel like you go to langkawi. Like Any Pulau. But actually you are in the city. The place nice. Staff friendly. Very particular with your belongings. My son Bantal busuk tertinggal. I get it back. The staff is super helpful. They provide van that can bring you to the mall. Have fire works since it's new year time. Superb. I think the review is so underrated for this hotel. Meanwhile even from the first step I came in i love the hotel so oooo much. Oooo. Great food. I room services my lunch here. Nasi briyani dia sedap nya. Salmon dia. All la. Cheaper price. Worth every money I spend here. Big thanks to all staff.

Swimming pool. Maybe because they try to make it like a Pantai vibes. But I don't really mind. I swim in my bath tub. I shower 6 times. And smells good for a week.

When checking in we got free upgrade to villa. Tq so much for that hospitality. Even got escort some more by buggy service. Thanks to uncle for great help. The villa room was so spacious, the aircond was great, the bed was spectacular.. The view was the best and can hang out too due a bit windy.. so cozy and chill.. Then when come to bed time. Here start everything turn upside down.... We got attack by ghost.. all night long yaa. Then ghost keep playing with furniture.. Moving the bed, walk with very loud footsteps.. We cannot sleep or rest at all.. So frustrated even the receptionist laughing at us when we told them about it.. So frustrated..

Free upgraded from classic to deluxe. Amazing beach in the city view! Foreigners security good in Malay language, front office & concierge & housekeeper & FnB staff (breakfast buffet) serves with high standard of customer service level. Shuttle to mall provided for every 2 hours. Kids playing room have suitable size and equipments. Breakfast buffet are delicious and varieties. Pool are clean and beautiful.

Lamp beside bed and balcony not functioning. Gym treadmill bit dusty.

Overall we liked everything.. no complains, value for money. Great location, superb view, comfortable, cozy, great hospitality.. the list can go on. I thought the property would have been ran-down and properly maintained.. definitely I was wrong about it. We were totally relaxed throughout.

Nothing about dislike.. for the sake of feedback.. some more varieties of vege food, some lake side activities, and cant think of anything else 😊.

we've got a free upgrade to villa. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. the vibes is so comfortable and we have a relaxing stay here. we spent some time sitting at the "beach" at night and it was great. staff is polite, room service was fast and responsive. got a pcs of free birthday cake too which is beyond my expectations. will come again in future.

the bathroom shower handle is loosen and need to be fixed. one of the balcony railing is abit shaky, have to check and repair it for safety.

Beds are comfy. Room is clean and spacious.

Road entrance to the hotel is dilapidated and signage confusing. Should upgrade. Basement parking was dimly lit and a walking distance to the lobby (non-covered). Telephone in the room cannot be used. I had to walk up to the lobby to enquire about the non-functioning aircond unit and the telephone.

Malaysian hospitality of the friendly and helpful staff, who will run you to the local mall in a golf buggy and generally very eager to support you. We ran a week training course at the facility and all of the staff were helpful and supportive.

Unable to alter booking in the system. This restriction gives little flexibility and detracts from the experience. The location is a little remote and we often traveled a little further afield for evening meals as the local mall had limited options.
