Clean all another is good

I staying 6 day in 5dayThe smoker smoking at night in the room next other room smoke smell until I can't sleep

Limited parking space

Staff waited for us for late check-in even if we totally forgot to tell them.. That was awesome. Then, there’s an elevator (and it’s fast). Our room was clean with a really comfy bed (the comfiest we had in Malaysia without any doubt). You can’t go wrong for that price. And again, big shoutout to the staff, from check-in to check-out, they were very helpful (waiting for us till 11:30pm for check-in & helping us printing our visa with their personal printer).

Located near a lively area for food, bar, barbers, gym etc. Free use of washing machine and dryer was really useful. Comfortable bed.

Lack of natural light (no windows). Seems like sound insulation isn't great and was quite noisy at night.

The staff members, Khurram, Ashraf and Ishraq where always really helpful. Always helped me with my luggage and asked if i need anything . The room was clean but small. It was overall a really good stay and the care of the staff members made it a bit better. Thank you!

Staff were friendly, and the room with window was spacious, luminous and very comfortable ! The location is great, surrounded by food stalls, restaurants, and supermarkets.

The bathroom could have been cleaner... There was a permanent smell of smoke.

Amazing stay. Thanks to honest staff khuuram malik, fikri and ishdaq. I forgot my brand new labtop in the room and they returned. Recommend for honesty award

The staff was very cooperative specially Mr. Ishraq the room service guy. He was very helpful and guided me very well.

Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, nice room and good value for the price, location isn’t very central however there’s some great food nearby and it’s easy to get into the centre
