Its clean, cosy, well priced. Staffs are friendly. Not a five star, afterall you get what you paid for

I was hoping to stay at a place with hotel environment, so I booked a villa which most likely close to that 'hotel' feeling. But the staff said the building was empty & there's no occupancy. So they moved us to a chalet. Its a twin chalet. It was fine at first until another guest (family with a kid) checked in the chalet next to me. They was very noisy, moving things and banging doors. Also they talk so loudly and we are not very happy about it. If the villa not available, please remove it from the system so that we won't have a chance to choose it at all

1.The pool ....we arrived quite late around 9 pm and were told that pool was open till 10.30 pm..wah apalagi terjun terus lol.. quite nice when you can enjoy without limit lol. 2. Bike is free ok...so please go exercise 🤣 3.The new attraction was the atv ..you can rent them... new ok..still got plastic ya 4. Sambal nasi lemak sooo good ..ala carte also quite cheap 5. Staffs were very attentive to your request ..thumbs up

Prefer more lights near the chalet..

A fantastic place to stay for exploring the town and enjoying the hotel's wide range of activities. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the generous breakfast buffet. The staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist, providing helpful guidance to ensure we made the most of our visit, including tips on Kuala Selangor's attractions.

Parking area can be limited especially when there is big event happening during your stay.

Good resort inside a large garden, a pool, a children playground etc. Good restaurant and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very responsible to re-booking. Comfortable rooms.

Windows lack covers, only thick curtains, which makes privacy difficult. For some reason, lights cannot be switched on and off without unplugging sockets. A troop of langur monkeys in the garden is charming, but you cannot leave the window open.

Room spacious and private. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff on reception. Nice hotel grounds.

The resort seemed less prepared for serving evening meals (it was open but very quiet), but in the end we decided to eat elsewhere. It was rather confusing regarding where to park (we had to move our car twice), although there was plenty of space.

Nice, quiet and clean chalets and surrounding areas, provided with some outdoor activities and ample space that allow us enjoy our own activities. Good place for staycation. The environment was very relaxing , i think it was a good place for family gathering and company trip. Easy check in process and the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The unit is quite small. Big family may need extra chalet but there're chalets that have connecting room/chalet. Food: The choice of main course - acceptable compared to the charges. The food taste was good but suggested to provide extra choice for the dessert (during my stay only have butter cake & fruits) & drink (hot - coffee & tea OK, cold - cordial orange only)

Love the environment. The room is spacious,clean & neat. Hotel also provides iron which is convenient to me. The hotel receptionist was good as they whatsapp us asking our ETA. The breakfast was nice too. Not fancy with variety of choices but it fill u up & delicious. The omelette. Love it. The whole area of thia hotel is ootd spot.

Actually, there is nothing but just that our TV not functioning at all. No channel, no sound & just black & white screen. Maybe hotel could check on room 221 TV. Apart from that there is nothing.

Very cosey and comfortable units. Great breakfast, wifi and beds. Close proximity of Selangor river and fireflies.

Big resort with parking upfront. Long way to carry the luggage.

Breakfast awesome. Very delicious.

Restaurant staff especially superior and supervisor more courteous to guests.

The fact that the property isn’t exactly in the city centre makes it quiet at night. The air conditioner is top notch. No problem about the Malaysian heat whilst in the room.

The water is a bit slow for shower and breakfast menu needs to be expanded to include more variety.
