Great location with lots of seafood restaurants nearby. Also availability to be picked up for tours around the area front the hotel’s own jetty. Our tour operator coordinated with hotel staff to arrange schedule of our pick up time. Staff from reception and housekeeping were all friendly. Nice view from balcony and worth the money

The restaurant attached to the hotel ran out of food too early. Restaurant was supposed to close at 10pm and we arrived at 8pm and they already ran out due to an event in the afternoon. Event was anticipated and they should be prepared for hotel guests and walk ins. Bath towels a bit smelly too

We stayed for one night to enjoy the nature exploration around the area. The location is beautiful and very calming. We got the river view. The restaurant serves delicious tasty dishes. That was excellent.

The restaurant doesn’t not open early and it so happened the next morning they were closed for an event. Thus, for breakfast we have to walk to the flea market for food. You can find vendors selling nasi lemak and these are not bad. Otherwise there was a good coffee shop selling roti canai.

We love the fact the hotel is by the river and our room is just next to the open air balcony - ample seats with good view of the Kuala itself. A nice view for us; good for a change as we dont get to see this every day. The hotel is connected to this restaurant called Kuala Muara Kitchen. The food was great, portion was big and the price is reasonable! We had our tea breaks and dinner here. The staffs at the hotel AND the restaurant are very nice, friendly and at the same time professional and attentive. We stayed here for 1 night before continuing our journey - talking about the room, it's very clean, bed is comfy, got hot shower (with strong water pressure). Iron + Iron Board upon request. There's hot water facilities at the floor where we stayed too. Overall we had wonderful stay here in Hotel Le-Shore. There's free open air carpark in front of the hotel. Walking distance to good seafood restaurants.

We only realized that our room has no window upon check-in; I probably overlooked this while booking, nevertheless we are OK with it as the room is very comfy and clean though not spacious.

Though this hotel is only 3 stories high, it has an elevator, which is very useful. When entering the lobby, it gives a pleasant feel especially this was build just beside the river bank. We can book activities from the hotel lobby, and there is a large store that sells local dried goods. I took the seaview rooms, which the balcony was facing the sea. And there are no issues with parking lots. There is a 99 speed mart just opposite the hotel.

There is a cafe beside the hotel, which is suppose to provide food for the hotel. The food was normal, but the waiting time was very long. And not much variety. Suggest to eat at the restaurants just a few mins walk away from the hotel location.

1. Location - was perfectly spotted in the middle. And it is near restaurants, thus easy to get food. 2. Convenience - There is a grocery store nearby to get some quick and easy food / beverages for late night snacks. 3. Balcony - My room came with a balcony so I could enjoy the outside view; whether night or day. 4. Would be good if can have a couple of lounge chairs to sit at the balcony though.

1. There was no breakfast with my room booking; so I can't comment on food. 2. Parking - would be good to have a roof at the Parking area. Maybe a huge tent or install a room by the wall at one of ur parking areas. 3. I think the walls were quite thin, so we could hear noises even when the next rooms doors were closed or open which disturbed my sleep at night.

1. No breakfast is included however the purchasable breakfast price in the hotel is reasonably priced 2. Very strategic location as it is really just a few minutes to my next spots 3. One of the best accommodations around that area, with a lot of great restaurants, markets, shops, and jetties around 4. I like the part where the hotel provide water dispenser for hot and cold water which is very caring for travelers

other than not sure why my toilet has some ants whereby the hotel is able to cater to it, the rest are all good

A short distance out of town but a pretty setting on the river. Nice common balcony overlooking the river. River tours are organized by staff at cheaper prices than tour companies. Evening tour was decent but shorter duration than they said. The restaurant to the right of the hotel restaurant was very good (delicious seafood noodle soup for 2!).

Late night festivities at the hotel restaurant could be heard in the room (very bad karaoke!).

The location is superb. Right by the main river of Kuala Selangor which is really charming. Lots of seafood restaurants beside the hotel to explore, as well as convenience and snack shops right opposite. The balcony upstairs was lovely and the highlight of the place.

While the room is spacious, the bathroom is quite small and the shower and toilet areas aren't separated. When you showered, the whole floor got wet. It would help to perhaps have floors slightly lowered in the shower area compared to the rest of the bathroom so the water doesn't flow over to the rest of the bathroom. While it was cramped, the shower itself had good water temperature and pressure. Doable for a short stay, but could be improved given how spacious and comfortable the rest of the room was.

The Hotel is on an idealic spot over-looking the river and close to shops and restaurats. The rooms are clean and large enough. The balcony was a wonderful place to sit and take in the tranquil and beautiful surroundings.

I bigger window to allow more light in would make the room brighter.

Easy check in and check out process. Good clean and comfortable rooms. Nice communal balcony and free water refill and boiling water available. Good location-an easy walk to Sky Mirror Jetty and fireflies/eagle boat tour station. Note for any visitors to Kuala selangor: Grab cars are available to go to/from KL for around 100RM.

As there are limited food options nearby it would be good if the hotel offered breakfast. There was also a strong bug spray/disinfectant smell in the room - which, without a window, was a bit overpowering!
