The receptionist (Farhana) was very accommodating and helped me by lending cash for the deposit booking as the ATM machine was quiet far away. The room was decent and clean. Worth the cheap price..

As you entered the door using access key on the ground floor, the unlit pitch black staircase on your left will terrify you abit especially if you need to go out and return at night. I hope the management can do something with the abandoned staircase like install some lighting or just close it up with a panel.

Unexpected price..cheapest! Nice room. Worth it. Nice staff..smile and helpful. Especially staff Fazly and one staff girl at morning, don't know her name. Keep it up.! Owner should be proud having staff like them.

Maybe can put more tv channel especially for kids and frequently maintenance do checking.

It’s near to the city centre and very convenient! There is a lift provided and the stay was comfy. Staffs were nice. Aircond is super cold!

Noisy neighbors as the rooms are near to one another, small pathways so you may bump into people

Simple. Did exactly what we needed. Comfy enough beds. Staff moved rooms around to ensure we could be together. Clean. No bugs. Laundry equipment on site. Get what you pay for.

Air con in one of the rooms was cold or off. The door on the same room slammed every time.

the water pressure in wash room very low and the plug point has only one very difficult to charge 4 person mobile.

Good Customer Service by the Staff, I requested Change of Rooms due to some reason. The staff attended to it accordingly even thought it was last minute request. Appreciate it much.

Greatly improved since last time I was there. The cleanliness is better and the receptionist (Hana & Atikah) is friendly and helpful. The most affordable hotel in Kuala Selangor and great location too.

The water pressure is still slow. I hope the management can improve on this area.

Everything including the facilities and the services! (It was already my second time staying in this hotel. The distance is just perfect for me to go to see the eagles feeding, fireflies and blue tears!

I would say the hygiene isn't a big deal but it would be better if it is improved.

Very best price,the room is clean and tidy not smelly, suitable for family with children, quiet environment at the night, this hotel have lift, queen size beds,heater inside bathroom,the staff fashli very friendly and helpful.

The hotel place in an area there are all amenities in terms of food as well as shopping facilities. All these facilities are not far and can walk from one place to another. Public parking facilities are plentiful and secure with bright street lighting area. It is well worth it and suitable for taking children for a walk the area .The laundry facilities are located right below the hotel and are very convenient.
