lot of accomodations. clean and spacious room & toilet. got qiblah sign. just a walking distance to grocery stores, dobby, DIY or kedai mamak. for ikan bakar & malay food courts also near but need to drive through backside of the hotel to save a long u-turn distance. if want to visit greeny paddy field you can go at the evening or early morning.

aircondition takes time to cool. my mini refrigerator not working, but at late evening no technician around, so the receptionist offer to keep our fruits and cakes in their refrigerator downstairs. so it is okay.

location is very strategic and easy to find. Room is quite spacious. Staff was very helpful. There's a convenient store just beside this hotel. Lot's of car parks

it's located right beside the main road and noise from the vehicles on the road disrupted my sleep. Maybe should have opted for the room facing away from the main road.

The aircond was hot at first, but quite cooling after sometimes. Given the card is not necessarily for the power source, can't blame guests to switching on aircond for a cold welcoming return

You get what you paid and the room is spacious you know even for 2 person.

There is one mineral bottle that left open in the room upon check in. Maybe you can add more channel after this for your tv.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The room was clean, bright and adequate to deliver a good night's rest. However, there was no windows in the room but the room was big enough to not feel claustrophobic. Convenient stores, supermarkets, laundromat and fast food restaurants were right next door, making quick shopping for snacks and nick-nacks very easy.

There were no windows to the room. Would appreciate a tiny bar of soup in the bathroom. The bathroom sink/drawer was a little rusted, giving an impression that's old/unclean.

the hotel is clean and comfy with eateries within walking distance. even the seafood restaurants near the seaside were not too far off. probably within 15-30mins walking distance or just a 5 mins drive behind the hotel. love the peace and quiet of the surroundings and with ample parking after a day's exploration.

the york aircon is a little noisy.

The room was generously spacious and strategically located, surrounded by various shops including Family Mart, 99 Speedmart, Mr. DIY, KFC, and Mamak restaurants.

Many reviews highlight concerns about cleanliness, particularly the yellowing of bed sheets and excessive dust on the dressing table top. Improvement in these areas is needed.

The price quite reasonable and the area good with restaurant, 99mart,FamilyMart,Dobi and KFC. Great staff friendly!!

The floor mat for bathroom are dirty feel and old which is not too absorb water. Small room and cannot put extra bed. That all, other than that are superb good.

The location of the hotel is great and convenient. There is a Family Mart, massage centre, karaoke and 99 Speedmart on the same row. The Family Mart operates up to midnight and it opens as early as 7.00 am. It is also very near to the paddy field and town area. With a bit of drive, you can easily access food and banks. The facilities are as expected for a budget hotel. However, it does come with a lift so no stairs climbing is required. The room is clean and sufficient for two people. The glass panel at the toilet can be a little disturbing but there is a curtain that you can close so no problem in using it.

The room and facilities are as expected for the price we paid. However, we are not allowed to request an extra blanket and the size of the given blanket (standard queen-size) may not be sufficient for some. So, it is recommended to bring one extra blanket if you are used to a big blanket or two blankets at home.

Spacious room & the location is great (surrounded by family mart, 99 speedmart, 7e). Also nearby Pantai Redang & lots of seafood restaurants.
