The staff was very helpful. The hotel has a lift, making it easy to go up with a lot of luggage. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was cold. We had a great night's sleep.

The hotel management should consider improving the entrance and signboard. When I first arrived, I hesitated, unsure if I was at the right hotel, as it looked abandoned from a distance. Additionally, the entrance is located on the other side, whereas it would be more convenient at the first turn from the road. The hotel itself is good, but a renovation of the entrance and an upgraded signboard would enhance its appeal and create a better first impression.

i like the room and the space is enough for may family, the staff also very good and very keen to answer for my concern since i dont have enough money to take larger room and still can bring my children rm54 is reasonable price for me i will come and stay again in future, inside the room also provided tissues glass jug is really helpful and have iron and water dispenser also, just parking space i have problem because is full park i need to park outside

parking space limited maybe can paint the building put same music on because is too lonely in the beginning i thought already closed because seem like old budding but when go inside good can put pantry and anything emergency like medicine / first aids, basic food like bread, chocolate , same keropok air tin and air kotak probably nearest front desk

The room seems like as post in booking we are very happy. We enjoy staying here cause price cheap and room also nuty and tidy

But the toilet have some smell like a mold and the lamp also have a lot of dust. At the lobby entrance no air con and does not suitable for waiting area. Hopefully they will improve their service and fixed the lobby air con.

The hotel has a pretty basic needful setup with all the facilities provided. Only the TV channels are limited. But had a great rest. Thank you for the good hospitality. Would love to come back in the future. Helpful front desk and technician.

i booked 2 rooms with one of them got leaking aircond, door difficult to open, toilet door cannot be locked as well as cracked

nice and cozy for me that always travel alone.

Just want to say to improve ur tv channel..make it as many channel as possible..that's all

- room is clean - staff is friendly - got hot and cold water dispenser at the corridor - have a lift, its nice!!

the room is clean with clean bed sheet, pillow case and towel

there is slight problem with the tap water in the bathroom
