1-We make reservation for 6pax (3room) but only 3 towel available and when asked the reception keep say sorry because of the laundry closed even initially agreed to provide after make whatsapp call 2-Need to bring your own mug even have the hot water facilities in front of the reception. 3-No WIFI as advertised during booking time 4-Guest need to pay RM3/per room for the "Caj Kelestarian" by Pahang local authority.

location near to eating place etc,it s really budget old hotel.it cheaps so dont expect too much.

we asked the receptionist regarding the tv channel bc no remote control in the room.she s said she will give the remote control to fix the channel, we re speechless when we came back from dinner,the tv switch on with the channel already ok but we locked our rooms before we left.so did she came to our room by herself without our permission 🤔

Location good. Very near to the main road. Easy to locate.

The bathroom was separate from the room. So we have to passby others room to go to the bathroom. It was not privacy.

Request receipt from staff for the payment had been paid by cash RM68,but staff refuse and ask me to request with booking.com, emailed to booking and only give me invoice RM3.16 It should be RM68 invoice coz i paid RM68 but in the app show RM66.58 but this not the problem i just need receipt only,

They advertise they have room with private bathroom. So i choosed room with private bathroom because I have baby travel with me. Unfortunately, when arrived there they gave me room without bathroom. And i ask about that and the staff rudely answer that they don't have room with bathroom and they didn't advertise it and everything thay was advertised in Booking.com is solely on Booking.com, they didn't do it
