Seen the staffs cleaning the room with the shoes on. Should take off the shoes before entering the rooms since most of your guests are Muslims. We Muslims need to ensure the cleanliness of the space to perform daily prayers.

The Swiss-Bellhotel Kuantan is a solid hotel that definitely exceeded my expectations and deserves credit. The hotel is situated across the jambatan Tanjung Lumpur bridge and the hotel is about 2.6km from the bridge (1.4km by foot). Due to the location of the hotel, it gives off a lovely ambience and is extremely quiet despite being very close to the city. All staff members are extremely professional from dress and bearing to overall manners. Most amenities were at a high standard except the gym but due to the ample space and the uniqueness it has. I believe there's a lot of potential for this gym to be very distinctive. An additional feature that I love about this place was the fish pond to the entrance of the gym which contained a large amount Koi Fish that you could feed by asking the friendly staff members. To conclude, whoever is visiting Kuantan that requires a hotel to stay at should consider this place. I would strongly encourage you to stay here. It has everything you need for all types of visitors and still very close to the city. I've stayed at other reputable hotels/resorts in Kuantan like the Hyatt and Zenith but if you're like me and wanna get the most out of your money I believe this hotel might be for you.

Let's start with the negatives. Unfortunately this hotel's Gym is a bit of a let down. All the weight machines were broken and two out of the four cardio machines were broken as well. There are a few weights that could be used in the gym but there was only one bench in the gym making it difficult to train as only one person could use it obviously. Furthermore all the excercise balls were flat which could not be used. If this gym had at least two flat benches, working weight machines, cardio machines and other accessories. This gym would be satisfactory.

This review is based on a weekday stay during the non-school holiday period. Hotel It’s actually more like a serviced apartment. On the ground floor, there’s a convenience store, restaurants, and a café. Each floor has about 20–30 rooms, but it’s quiet. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. Check-in and check-out were fast. Thank you to Mr. Fathuddin for accommodating my requests. The hotel is about 300 meters from Ana Ikan Bakar restaurant—come early, as it gets crowded. Parking Parking is available on Levels 1, 2, and 3. Make sure to park in the designated hotel visitor spots. Room We stayed in the Family Room, which has two separate bedrooms. Super spacious! Sea view rooms get the morning sun, while garden view rooms can be hot in the evening but offer a nice city view at night. There's a fridge, kettle, bottled drinking water at the kitchen area. Each room has TV! Beach The hotel is located next to the beach, but it’s muddy and rocky—not suitable for swimming. It’s better to go to Teluk Cempedak, a beautiful sandy beach about 8 km away.

The kitchen has no sponge, spoons, or plates—just empty cabinets. You’ll need to bring your own dish soap and utensils. Public Wi-Fi speed ranges from 10–30 Mbps, so not very fast. CelcomDigi 5G has three bars.

Thankful for our entire stay here. Love our sea facing family room which was spacious, comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities. Calming to just sit by the window and relax looking at the vast sea during the day and calm waters in the morning. Love how our linen had a nice fragrant too. Also appreciate the spread during breakfast. Not excessive but just the right amount of spread, especially so with daily different specialties like Nasi Dagang and Nasi Kerabu. Location wise, it ia situated near to eateries and within easy drive to malls and other attractions.

The hotel and its location seems new, room is spacious, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, the room feels exactly like condo/apartment style, only more hotel-ier. Pool is fun, the kids enjoyed it. staff is helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious. Every dish tasted good.

The check-in location may need improv to less sunnier place, especially when it’s very hot outside daytime. It seems that the staffs at the lobby/during checkin are mostly new, they are helpful, but could help if they are warmer and friendlier. Perhaps bad timing too, as the line was quite long during the checkin. The location to the lift is confusing at first, feel quite stuffy inside.

Everything was so good. We love breakfast with nasi minyak on our first day. Pool also big. Very convenient and kids friendly. Spacious room, comfy bed and pillow. But the blanket is too thin.

Long queues during check up and very messy arrangements. Can be improved with numbering system and not simply ask people just to sit on chair randomly. Management should be aware during peak season so many people to check in so must be well prepared to avoid any unforeseen circumstances. It was my first time facing a horrible check in experience.

The surrounding area is okey.. our room was facing seaview but not suitable for swimming..Looks like muddy beach.

No available buffet for lunch or dinner but can order from cafe till 10.00pm. Pool not so big as seem in the picture.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfy. The view was definitely worth the money. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Special mention to a cheerful elderly guard who guided us through the valet parking process. Hotel charged RM5 per extra pillow. Skipped breakfast at the hotel to try local delicacies.

Booked for a romantic candlelight dinner at BlueSky Coffee and Bar. We were placed next to a family with young children screaming and running around. Romantic candlelight dinners should be in a private space away from family celebrations and such. The place had run out of several food ingredients and drinks citing low stock and almost everything we pointed out in the menu was not available. Deeply disappointed.

Should someone seek for a very silent place and desire to be woken up by a beautiful sunrise above the sea, this would definitely be the place to go to. The hotel is locates right by the seashore in a still developing area of the city. All the important points of interest within the city are within the reach of a 15 minutes car ride. The WiFi is pretty decent and the fridge's dimension seem to be appropriate.

The "kitchenette" would benefit from more cutlery, plates and pots. A rice cooker could also have made a difference.

Wide range for breakfast selection. The room was spacious. The staff communication with us very clear. The amenities are in good condition. The view, is sooooo nice!

Might improve on few items 1) Face towel - not provided. Thus I need to use tissue instead to wipe our face. 2) The chairs at swimming pool - not that much that some of us left our belonging on the floor (dry area) 3) Breakfast reservation table - some table been reserved however not occupied from 8-9.30. And the queue is long during that time. Might try to squeeze in the queue at the reserved table or no reservation made during peak hour.
