Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food and the choices in the restaurant were excellent. A lovely swimming pool, suitable for all ages. A comfortable bed, with clean linen, copious hot water for showers and large bath. Adequate accessories such as coffee, tea and toiletries etc. Superb breakfast with a vast choice of foodstuffs.

The pool is a bit tired and needs some TLC. It would be useful to have sun-bed covers in place each day. The Jacuzzi was filled with water on our second day was not switched on and lacked the means to do so outdoors.

The room was spacious, extremely comfortable and decor was timeless. We paid for a city view but appreciated being upgraded to a sea view room. Staff were outstanding. All were welcoming, courteous and helpful. Reception staff were superb including the wonderful male receptionist who continued to smile and help me throughout my varied requests for help with printing and laminating late in the evening before Remembrance Day service. On the day after the ceremony, 4 staff members (including one called Irrvilla) gave huge support to print and laminate biographies ready for next year's Labuan Remembrance Service. Nothing was too much trouble for them Daniel was really supportive in arranging transport to the terminal for us when a GRAB car was not available in enough time. He removed the stress of our inability to find a car by taking over and looking after all the arrangements for us. There are many reasons we return to this hotel when we stay in Labuan, including that we feel pampered, respected and personally welcomed.

We only booked 30mins prior to arrival, the room we booked was not available. Upon check in the Staff were friendly and helpful. The alternate room was good size, very comfortable bed, in room safe and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was large and quite clean. Inside the hotel looks quite luxurious and lovely but outside could do with a face lift. The front of the hotel was being done but when you look up from the pool area is a different story. The pool was refreshing and big but not real clean. Pidgeon's seemed to leave evidence everywhere.

The towels could do with replacing.

Staff went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We ate in the Living Room. Food and service were both outstanding. Food in the Lobby Lounge was also excellent.

Breakfast foods were very good. However we were very surprised to be told in a 5 star hotel that endless cups of tea were free but we would have to pay extra for a pot of tea. This does not create a good feeling for guests. Our toilet struggled to flush. We did report this. Paint was seriously peeling on the pool side of the building.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Facilities are great, prime location. Food are tasty, especially pizza and hi-tea set, value the money. Great variation for breakfast buffet as well.

Due to night market next to the hotel, maybe can get better sound proof sliding door? ! So the music won't too loud during night resting time.

Appreciated the room upgrade. Reasonable food selection for breakfast. Service from staff throughout stay was efficient.

The hotel should upgrade the cable tv to smart tv. Also, needed to request an extra set of towels, perhaps housekeeping forgot to prepare the right amount for the room upon cleaning.

May need a bit of maintenance for the room and toilet. Sink was clogged a bit (water took a while to go through the sink hole) & wall paint & gypson board was peeling off.. may need to practice to prepare 2 towels per room instead of 1 towel per room..

Room - Spacious and clean. Breakfast - The food is truly excellent. Location - Perfect. Close to shopping complex (Ujana Kewangan) and others. All good and 100% would recommend staying here.

The swimming pool need to be clean. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to all. I will give 9.5 out of 10.

Check in smooth and permitted late check out at no extra charge. Bed extremely comfortable and quiet room. Staff fre friendly and helpful.

Only minor issue was drainage of bath and sink very slow. Outside refurbishment but this is a good thing really.

Friendly staff, all the amenities complete, facilities are superb, location-wise is great as it is literally at the center of Labuan City.

Smell of old hotel, I don't quite like the smell of it, especially at the hallway of guestrooms. Inside the room also have this unpleasant smell, but manageable.
