We were kindly upgraded to a very large corner room with a comfy settee. There was an iron and ironing board in the room to press clothes. The downstairs coffee shop was a lovely place to pass the time of day with good cakes and helpful staff. Labuan apart from the cheap duty free alcohol does not offer as much as we had hoped for in quality shopping. The hotel though does its best to offer guests good service at a reasonable price.

The breakfast seemed to be all left overs from the Ramadan evening buffet or the previous day’s breakfast, all cold and looking tired and unappetising. The carpeting in the communal areas on the bedroom floors was poor.

Shop, restaurants, laundry, and some interesting spot nearby. Room was clean, food was very good, staff was friendly.

Nightclubs music could be heard from my room because my room facing to the shop lot, if you get the opposite room you can get good night sleep. Water pressure in my room were low, so shower experience was not enjoyable. Tried asking my friend they say their water pressure was fine. Maybe my room have some problem with water pressure.

Internet vouchers need to be renewed on a regular basis which is a bit clumsy. Sometimes noisy outside at nighttimes due to it location in the centre of town

The Gym. The treadmill is awesome! The shampoo. Made my hair soft. Room is spacious and kid friendly.

I didn't not like anything. But I have some suggestion/comment. For TV, we would like to access YouTube and Netflix. As for Booking.com, they charge me with tourism fee...even though I am local.

everything went smoothly. from check in to check out. When i got locked out from my room, i just went to the reception and they settled it within 2 minutes.

needs to have a bar like living room, dorsett. Need a swimming pool too

The kung po chicken was amazing probable the best I've tasted. And all the staff were very friendly and helpful

Their was mould between the tiles in the shower just an observation rather than a dislike but appart from that everything was good

the space is quite big for a price like that in a well-known hotel among locals.

our room doesn’t have vanity mirror, a little disappointed about it. bathroom mirror is big but a little inconvenient to walk over to the bathroom just to check your face.

Breakfast is superb. Lots of options to choose from. I particularly like the Nasi Lemak.

I could not find warm or cold water during breakfast. Maybe they have not refill or put on the table

Good location was nearby Dataran Labuan. On site restaurant offers good food at a reasonable price.

Near a pub where now it can be very loud. Wi-Fi not working at the time when I was staying there.
