Size as advertised, clean, superb wifi, exc air conditioning. (3) bedrooms, (2) bathrooms, excellent clothes washer. Very complicated procedure for getting in (many layers of security), but Mr Sean very helpful by phone and SMS.

Kitchen poorly-equipped, no microwave or coffee machine, not really set up for cooking. The kitchen and bathroom sinks are not plumbed for hot water so it is not possible to wash dishes properly, hot water is available ONLY in the shower, and barely lukewarm there. Thus the property is NOT suitable for cooking or long-term stay.

The apartment was wonderful, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The apartment was more than enough for 6 people. The location made it easy to do everything we wanted in a short period of time and plenty of places to eat nearby. Check in and checkout was super easy. The host Mr. Sean was so friendly and helpful, great communication and enabled us to have an early checkin which was greatly appreciated. I’d highly recommend this apartment for families and group of friends who are looking for great place to stay and relax. Will definitely book it again if we visit Malacca in the future.

The view was awesome, windy, a great place to stay, my whole family loved staying there. We managed to watch fireworks over the weekend at the balcony! Shopping malls are just across the road but just need to be extra careful when crossing the road .In fact actually can walk abit in form opposite the hospital and can cross using zebra crossing but still need to be careful. It will be even better if there is a microwave, fret not they also have an induction cooker only that (my family not use to it) The host was on the dot whenever I needed him. Overall superb!

I had a great time staying for 3 nights at Amadel Residence 14 with my family and I highly recommend it. Mr Sean (the host) showcased exceptional hospitality, responding promptly and effectively to our needs. He is patient in answering all my questions and concerns, even before my trip. The self-check in process is easy. When we encountered a minor hiccup with the shower and air conditioning, Mr Sean was quick to rectify the issues, ensuring our comfort wasn't compromised. The apartment itself was a haven. It's huge and clean. Towels, shampoo/body wash, toiilet paper, coffee and tea are all provided. There is also pots and cutlery in the kitchen if you'd like to cook. Wifi is fast. Netflix and a lot of channels are available on the TV box. The stunning view of the sunset from the apartment was amazing. My family took many photos with that backdrop. The location was fabulous, it's super close to the shopping malls. Mahkota Parade is right opposite, which added much convenience to our stay. We're spoilt for food choices with so many eateries around. The only small challenge is the absence of a traffic light crossing the road to the shopping mall, particularly when assisting our slower-walking elderly family members across the street. Zebra crossing is available though, there is no problem for me and my cousins to cross the road. However, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise splendid location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and cosy stay with friends or family. Thank you, Mr Sean, for making our holiday special!

it is clean and comfortable for family stay. it comes with a nice view of the straits of Melaka. the pictures are true to what we get. the bedrooms are just nice for our family of 5. it also comes with a nice laundry room for longer stay . the host provides filtered water which comes with instant hot and cold water. parking is easy and it is a walking distance from mahkota parade and nice Nyonya food such as Atlantic Nyonya. jonker street is about 20min walk away. the check in procedure is very clear and the host, Sean, is very responsive and give very detailed instructions. although it is not luxurious it is overall a great and cozy place for family who wants a clean and big place for stay.

It is clean and comfortable. We love it. Our family stayed comfortably. There are good facilities like washing machine and water filter.

The sounds of the walls and floors arent great, so can hear other people outside when walking about.

The location was very good, shopping malls are right across the road and it's actually very near to jonker street as well. The place is super clean and everything is as per pictures

The only thing that we didn't like is there is only one entrance and exit out of the compound so we have to walk one big round before we can cross the road to the shopping malls.

The location is super convenient with a couple of malls right in front, one of which has a supermarket, there are plenty of sightseeing attractions nearby; everything you might need is in the apartment; the view from the balcony was amazing; host was super helpful and friendly, and he responded to any question we had very fast.

Although the apartment was top notch, the complex where the apartment is located is lacking some serious maintenance.

It was really clean. The host, Mr Sean, was very efficient and helpful. The place is located near to Mahkota Parade, which also means that it is near food outlets and shops. The apartment was also equipped with a washing machine and 2 drying racks, so it is good for longer stays and should you wish to wash your clothes there.

The carpark was a little narrow and steep so you have to be extra careful. Other than that, everything was okay.
