Room was comfortable and clean. Although it's by the roadside, it's not noisy. Free carpark available for hotel guests and it is just opposite the hotel. What I love the most is that the water for washing at the sink has a separate filter specifically for you to get clean, filtered water for drinking.

Walls are pretty thin. I could hear my neighbours from both opposite rooms to my left and right talking. I think they could hear me too talking to my sister from their rooms.

The strategic location n the private parking provided for the guests. Staff very friendly n helpful. Our vacay extended from 1 night to 2 nights stay. Hotel location very close to main attractions & dining restaurants too. No worries at all

Cleanliness, location, hot water, aircon - fantastic. Hotel basically had all the basic amenities in acceptable / well-maintained condition. Kudos on that.

Toiletries not provided, but toothbrush set available upon request. Handsoap, facetowels not available. Property is a little dated, so wallpaper is peeling, not a problem, just makes the first impression not the most positive. But place is good. Mattress and pillows are of medium plus hardness. Room/aircon/bed (i dont know which) is a little dusty. We were sneezing when we were under the covers.

The service is great. Staff is very good at answering and responding both face to face and also online through emails. Upon check-in the staff mentioned they upgraded my room for free with an additional single bed. I was grateful for that. Wifi, tv, air conditioner, heater all working properly. Room is in clean condition. Just got one problem while booking, my card was declined. But the rest all good, the staff settled it after my online transfer done. If you come with a car, there's free parking in front of hotel - under the flyover.

Room is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I reached the hotel in the morning(way too early to checkin). I left the luggage there as the room was not ready yet. The staff advised me to leave my contact number. They then rang me when my room was ready for checkin. There are empty parking slots available in front of the hotel. We can get into the parking using the room access card.

The only issue is that they did not clean up my room after the 1st night stay(I booked for 2 nights in a row)

I feel happy because the staff are very friendly, the hotel room is clean, and the location is very strategic, there are a lot of facilities, so it's easy for us to go anywhere.🥰👍

We left a box of G brand chocolate in the fridge when we checked out. We immediately called to inform the hotel within an hour we left. The staff insisted that there's nothing in the fridge. We went back to the hotel to check and asked to check on the CCTV. It took time and we left without checking on the CCTV, due to we had another appointment. They called back to us and apologized as they personally checked on the CCTV and one of the staffs took the chocolate and ate few of them. Hotel would like to compensate to us. We went back again to take the chocolate, but we didn't ask for any compensation. We appreciate the honesty of the staffs and the hotel, though the staff at first refused to admit that he/she took the chocolate.

Location. Almost near to everything. Provides parking. Friendly staff.

GF room window-uncomfortable as it facing the back street. Check out at 11am is quite early considering check in time is at 3pm only.

Location is good. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room make up schedule to improve. It took more than 8 hours to get it clean up after i left the room early morning although i remind to clean up before i left. It remained not clean up when i was back in late afternoon. Hope this area can be improved.

Room.are spacious .good for 4 of us. Nearby shopping mall and tamingsari area. Weekend night market are awesome just 2 minute walking..also can rent a bicycle at hotel.lobby..
