Friendly staff, especially the sister (staff) who comes from Sumba, Indonesia. She is very kind to my family. Please raise her salary. The hotel owner is lucky to have her.

There is no lift. Difficult for those who carry a lot of things.

Strategic location to access tourist attraction points. Walking distance. Easy to get local food, but unfortunately i had choose the kiosk that cooked mee goreng mamak with plenty of salt!!!

Staff didn’t inform about parking cupon so My Car get a summon RM30 for no parking cupon.. Pls ensure that your staffs inform to all customer. Not only My Car got another 2-3 cars got summons

Good price & quality value, good location with close walking distance. Friendly staff with good communication.

The facilities could be better; like coffee and tea in your room. The WiFi could also be better; sometimes it was working, sometimes not. Normally not a big deal thanks to our data bundle, but the walls in our room were blocking the signal lol.
