Location is very strategic..around walking distance

View for my room not nice.back street.maybe because i booked through booking.com. This hotel requested a cash deposite up to rm200..redicoulse ....room rate only rm180...shd be rm100 or rm50...coz one nite stay...

everything is good and clean

please don't put too high a deposit, there are people who dont have enough budget to take their family on vacation, but have to put a high deposit on the hotel

Higher than Malaysian standards. It is PERFECT! The family room is great for our family of four with 2 teens. Everything works! Water pressure is great. Breakfast is nice. The location is walking distance to Jonker street and river cruise. It is also next to Parkson and many shopping places. No smell, no strong perfume too. Just great! Thank you Moty! We had a goooooood time.

The only thing is that the swimming pool is very small. Beds are good for us but might be firm for some people.

We arrived around 330pm and were greeted by Ms. Mastura. She's very professional, compassionate and attended my request to upgrade to the studio swiftly. Welcome drinks were sent to our table while waiting for the room to be ready. And fresh cut fruits were sent to our room! Amazing! The studio suite comes with its own parking spot, so that's one of the perks. A very big room, 2 working desks, a bathtub. They also have pools, steam room, but the sauna is not working though. In-room service was a chef kiss! Breakfast buffet as well. Every service was great and not even another 5* hotels can top that. Do keep it up, because you just made my holiday the best one yet. :)

The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner was cold enough and can be controlled. The shower floor was not slippery so it was a plus point for me. The breakfast was delicious eventhough the selections were not that extensive. Location was pretty good as it is walkable to jonker street and the malls.

The bathroom can be brighter. The safe in the room can be easily moved from it's location, so I didn't feel safe to use it. Seriously need to improve on this. Level 1 can be easily accessed by strangers because they don't need to tap a room card at the reader in the elevator, but other floors are not accessible without a room card. Need to improve on this as well.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable; perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also appreciated the breakfast layout, which had a good variety and was well-organized. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean and very comfortable room. The carpet very clean and bathroom clean with nice hot water. What i love the most is this hotel is very near to tourist spot such as menara taming sari,kota melaka,dataran pahlawan mall and medan samudera. It also closed to restaurant. Everything is in walking distance.

1. The hotel not provided parking lot. But you still can park at below bridge parking area (fee: RM 10 per day) 2. There is no wall between bathroom and bed area. It is only separated by glass..but it has curtain to blocked the view to the bathroom. So in my opinion not suitable if you bring kids..

The staff was friendly. The breakfast spread was good. Near highway.malls are nearby. The room was very big and clean. Toilet was very big n clean too. Water hearter worked very well.water pressure was good also

The aircon was very bad. I was sweating in the room. Not cold enough. No parking available. Had to park under the fly over for RM5 per day.the bed was abit hard.

It is very conveniently located, the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful, such a pleasure to see them when we head to the hotel after a tiring day!

The room we stayed in showed signs of slight black mould on the ceiling, and having a sensitive nose, I kept sneezing and my eyes got teary the moment I stepped into the room which stopped the moment we left the room. Some of the wall paper was coming off and we see some mould underneath, which was worrying as we had children with us.

Love it so much to stay here, it is the 2nd time i and husband stay here. My kids have so much fun with the bathtub at the bathroom and the pool provided. My husband says it would be our favourite hotel when we come to Melaka. The facilities , cleanliness, room , staff and food are awesome. Worth the money

Just limited area parking in front of the hotel but it have private parking but to pay Myr 10 per entrance.
