First time stay in this hotel,really very satisfied as the room is clean and the staff is friendly.Request for extra mattress is free n they do provide us with blanket,pillow and mattress cover

Noise from toilet behind building

I like it because first & foremost it's value for money. The staff even upgraded my room to accommodate my family of 2 adults & 2 kids. Even if it's unnecessary as I've booked a room that fits all of us, he insists on getting us a better room. Thank you. The facilities are sufficient. Close to the city centre. Jonker walk, Dataran Pahlawan are all in walking distance. There are a lot of eateries nearby. So, don't worry about food.

If you want to get rid of your childhood traumas, fantastic place. Every room comes with a different theme. Location is walking distance to the Dutch Square, the owner is lovely. There is free hot & cold water & coffee, and microwave in common area. Room was rather small but clean. All in all I enjoyed my stay, it was a special experience.

Generally a decaying but well maintained place.

We only stayed one night and everything was perfect. It is walking distance to the city center. We even got the Marvel room. Sheets were clean and the room was perfect for our stay. There was hot water and towels. The receptionist (both the father and the young girl were so nice and helpful).

We chose the Marvel room. The facilities included in the room are basic, shower cream and shampoo. The bed is okay, only 1 pillow each is provided. Ironing facilities are located at the common area, together with dining table and drinking water. The location is great. Nearby shopping complexes and restaurants. There are Bazaar (Uptown) from Friday to Sunday, walkable from the hotel.

The TV channel is not working properly. But we didn't complaint as we are not always in the room anyway.

The receptionist ( young malay girl) was very accommodating, hardworking and cheerful. Although they were understaffed she did a very good job. Room condition was clean and cozy. The room and common area had very nice decor. They also provided free coupons for parking. Overall a comfortable stay. Good value for your money. Highly recommended for budget travellers.

the room was beauty. kids of coz eppy. the best is no deposit request & staff / owner so friendly. can't beat with 5 star hotel but 4 star credit for budget hotel like this.

The owner at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. We also loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Everything. The location is perfect - you can walk everywhere. The rooms are super cool and a lot of thought went into the design and accessories of each room. Even when we checked out we still discovered little details in the room. Very cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We definitely recommend this place!

My room theme is Hello Kitty. There are suitable for my daughter. The room also very comfortable to sleep. Staff also provide parking ticket for us. Thanks👍👍

The room not spacy. As a Muslim, difficult to find the place to pray.
