The hotel location is superb. just walking distance to all attractive areas like Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade, Taming Sari night market & Jonker walk. 🙂

1. View My room 335 has 2 windows.. but unfortunately the view is the window of the next building. Therefore we had to close the curtains all the time to protect our aurat as muslimah..🙁 2. Toilet The bathroom door almost came off & The bathroom light is too dim.

Room was good & comfortable for me & husband. Toilet occupied with bidet as for muslim bidet in the toilet is a must. So far everything ok. Already repeated my stay for 2nd time.

Parking space is open for public. Therefore limited parking space for hotel guest. Need to find the parking far away from hotel if arrived late for check in. Really disappointed with this.

We like about its strategic location, it’s near to the weekend market and within 10mins walking distance to Jonker street. It has plenty of parking lots (though it’s a public parking), the floor, bed and pillows are clean.

Didn’t provide slipper and the shower towel has stains on it

Very, very affordable. Clean room & facilities. Strategic location as it near city centre, we can just go to nearby attractions by just walking.

Few meal choices for breakfast but for it's affordable price, its enough.

I like the location of this hotel, very strategic, easy to access the attraction nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast variety is very good and nice. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. For sure I will come to this hotel again with my family.

Cash deposit RM100, I feel like its not relevant anymore for cash deposit in 2025. I suggest for credit/debit card preauthorization or E-wallet deposit

Cleanliness. Carpet seems like hasn’t been vacuumed, bathroom floor and wall dirty with mould, there’s lizard poop in the kettle, and found 3 big cochroaches.

The room is clean & comfortable. very convenience to stay. The hotel location is so strategic just need to walk to Taming Sari, Riding Beca, makan-makan and shopping. Toilet is clean but the water pressure is quite slow.

Excellent staff and location.

Only little problem some reception staff do not speak English at all. They should have English speaking staff for foreigners. Other than that everything is 👍👍 Excellent
