The host is nice. He gave a detailed information for the arrival. Although the building is old, it is well maintanced. The room is quiet, clean and well decorated.

The location of the room is a little bit far from the old town. Also, The room is located at a resident region and with only one exit. That is the reason it is a quiet place.

Everything was excellent. The entire apartment was super clean (incl bedroom, bathroom). The place close-by to everything, from eatery to all the historic places. The owner was so helpful guiding us and answers quickly to our questions. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The communication by WhatsApp was excellent we got all the information we needed for when we arrived. The apartment was clean and airy with good air con. Everything was provided for our stay, including nice toiletries and good coffee and snacks. The balcony overlooked the pool and we could see the sea. The pool was lovely to swim in.

There should be an access card for entering and leaving the estate via the side gate which will be faster instead of via the main entrance. Not a big issue but good to have

The apartment is tidy and comfortable. It has a balcony with the marvellous view. It is well equipped. Wifi is of good quality. The particular thanks are to the host, who was very responsive to all our requests and concerns. The location is excellent - you are in the city, but out of all the city noises. You wake up and listen to the birds and see the see.

Soundproofing not good you can hear people in the pool The residence is a little bit old. Fortunately apartment is modern

The apartment has a good view of the swimming pool and the sea beyond. The gym has a good range of fitness equipment. The host has been very helpful in giving clear directions and useful help.

The bathroom cum toilet is rather small. The shower area is not enclosed by any screen, so the floor can get rather wet, especially when no floor mat or towel is provided.

Cleanliness. Location TO Melaka Raya which has many foodies outlet and the accountability of Austin of course. Very helpful and thoughtful. Ample car park. Comfy beds and pillows.
