For the price paid, it exceed our expectation. The mattresses are great, room is clean, location is great, check in & out services are smooth (though can be clearer & quicker) and safe environment. With 2 young children, we appreciate a smart TV with access to YouTube for kids that can keep them entertained at night. Thank you and look forward to be back whenever we visit Mersing.

Customer service can be inconsistent with different shift of staff. It will be best if each staff is trained and practice good hospitality that can ease checking in & out. The toilet condition can be improved and lighting in the room can be brighter.

The beds were comfy enough for a night stay. Room and bathroom were clean. Though the hotel does not provide breakfast, it is still okay as there is a Malay restaurant just beside the hotel. Hotel's location is good, near to Pantai Pasir Papan.

The bathroom door could be fixed.

i barely know malaysian standards and won't apply western ones. so, from a backpackers viee with an overnight stay for reaching a ferry: nice stay, everything was there - soft big towel, free water, comfy beds, ac, hot shower... and they care, it was clean and well prepared. totally fine and recommendable (i paid 85rm for a double room).

only one power socket far from bed. only warm/hot water - i needed a colder shower. but no real complaints here :D no alcohol allowed in the room :/

The room was basic but clean, tidy and nice and quiet. Good location, very close to bus station and 15 min walk from the ferry port. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was basic but good value for money and fine to stay for a night.

Location was great..supermarket, restaurants are all in walking distance..it is very near to the market jetty and you'll be able to see the boats..nice place to stay and worth the price. If you need to go to the harbour for island hopping activity, it is better to drive there because by walking it will be tiring as it takes 15mins to walk..

Good location - close to bus terminal and walkable to Mersing jetty. Shopping Center just around the corner for groceries/clothing/household needs. Comfortable beds and air conditioning worked well. Family suite was spacious.

The bathroom could use a deep clean of the tiles/grout. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable.

The rug, should have more and thicker because the toilet quite wet all the time. The table lamp not functioning.

The room furniture too vintage, and maybe I would suggest to do PEST CONTROL once a month. Tq

I like the 24-hr reception service because I arrived at the hotel at 2am and I still got to check in. The reception also helped me book a taxi to my next destination.
