Everything was perfect, neat and met our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay at MNY Hotel & Resort.

Utilities such as telephone and hairdryer weren't functioning but the management handled it very well by finding an alternative way.

The room looks fine, I like the extra pillows and the room provide some space for chair and table

TV channel should be more, at least a basic channel should be Ok, that what the TV functionality supposed to be. Because at night time usually guest resting in room and at least the TV have a decent channel

Excellent staff. Superb experience. Check in early at 1230pm as we arrived early than expected. Sunset deck is BONUS.

The aircond was not functioning well. No cold air at all. Even with the fan on,still not make the room colder. All of us sleep without blanket through all nite because of the humidity.

- Clean room - Comfortable accommodations - Proximity to the beach - Nearby restaurants for convenience - Amazing pool for relaxation

- Staff could use a smile upgrade, their happiness meter seems stuck - Air conditioning is more like air "conditioning" - could use a chill pill - Pool calls it a night earlier than Cinderella, no midnight dips here

1) Rooftop swimming pool. 2) Location- near to coral bay and easy to find supper around there. 3) Free parking at that crowded area. 4) High water pressure with rainfall faucet 5) can watch hornbills during early morning

It would be better if the roof top is open during night time.

I like the location which is walking distance to the beach of Teluk Nipah. I also like that they have a convenience store downstairs and that we could park our rented car right in front of the hotel.

In my opinion, this hotel offers exceptional value for the price. While certainly not new, the space was very clean and the staff extremely accommodating. We needed extra towels and shampoo and were given some by the cleaning ladies, no extra charge, with a nice smile on top. We rooftop swimming pool is nice, it's in a pittoresque fishermen village with nice shops, beach and restaurants. There is a free bird feeding show right next door at 18:00 where you can see and interact a bit with the toucans. We really enjoyed this hotel experience and hope to be back some day. While it is not a 5-star hotel, the value you're getting for the money, and the friendliness of the staff make it a 6-star experience! Keep doing what you're doing, it's perfect.

Helpful staff n friendly.. really happy with the service..keep up staff.walking distance around 5-7 min to the ⛱️🏖️ in front of the beach a lot of shop selling food n etc

Reception area need to upgrade the air cond..very warm especially during afternoon time..my room no 105 air cond not enough cool Hopefully management can look on that..other than that everything was good.. l

How clean and spacious the place is and how friendly the staff is. The location as well is great. I have come to the island so many times and this is a gem.

The TV doesn't have an HDMI port for late night entertainment.
