This is our 2nd time we stay here.. i love their environment. Calm and Fresh.

Got alot of monkey, they poop on the swimming pool floor.. and menagment just take their poop using tissue but did not clean it using soap..

Staff were all friendly and the room was adequate. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast which was included was tasty and quantity was enough. Air conditioning was great and size of room was quite big. Got lots of smiles and gelp from reception to hail taxis or answer requests. Loved the free coffee sachets and bottled water which was complimentary.

Not enough hangers and pool towels. No hand towels or tissues provided in the rooms Was a bit dissapointed that hotel was not sitting on the beach although it was just a 5 minute walk away. One of the two rooms didn't have a safe.

The location is strategic, walking distance to beach, to food stall, restaurant etc. Majority of hotel staff is so friendly and very helpful. I loooveeee their breakfast, supergood! The best thing is, they allowed us to bring back breakfast meal to our room which is so much convenience for a family with kids. The pool is nice, the ambience is nice.

The cleanliness of the bathroom. Just need to improve a bit. The room light in Family Room also i think need to add more because feels so gloomy inside the room 😅. Small comment for the indian receptionist, maybe she can smile more like any other staff.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is good. Food stalls and duty free store.

The toilet WC bowl leaked after flushing.

Our fridge smelled bad. They came in to clean it but it was not great. Someone had kept durian in it!

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by monkeys and hornbills which we loved! Other reviews described monkeys as a nuisance but none were actually in the hotel grounds whilst we were there and we had no issues with them. Enjoyed using the pool and the breakfast food was cooked to order and really tasty. Good to try Malay dishes and all were really nice.

The room we had was a little dark and perhaps a little basic but beds were comfy and a/c worked really well.

Monkeys prowling around not frightened of people can be intimidating Green algae along waterline in swimming pool. Electrical wires running into top of shower need to be fully insulated together Shallow drain hole in ground at foot of stairs needs to be covered or could cause an accident if someone twists an ankle

The rooms are huge with big bathrooms, a roof safe, balcony where we took out our chairs and table. Best bed in terms of comfort, pillows and linen that I have slept in so far in my 5 week trip around South East Asia. Everything felt like it was new, including the curtains. Breakfast was lovely. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach if we turned right or 1 minute to all the hawker stalls and little shops if we turned left.

Honestly nothing.

Location was perfect - a lot of food stalls within walking distance, near the teluk nipah beach where we could watch the fire performance and start point for our snorkelling. Theres a hornbill feeding place nearby as well. Staff were friendly - recommended us places to go and accommodating throughout the stay. They allowed us to check in early so we could put our bags before sightseeing around the island.

On our second and third day of stay, the water pressure was low.
