Clean, good value for the price, and pretty close to the touristic center, nice breakfast (only 10 RM per day), friendly staff. Well, it is not a luxury hotel, but in Semporna, you can hardly expect more. Just a bed and shower for night stay between trips to the fantastic islands. Also surprisingly, no early callings from a neighbouring mosque!

The environment just outside of the stay is rather chaotic and dust flying, like a local bus station or something. And you should be aware of the environment of Semporna town. It is not a problem of the stay.

Staff were lovely and very accommodating. The place is clean and the facilities are good. This place was very good value for money if you are looking to do the island tours and don’t want to pay resort prices. The day trips can be done from here as it is close to the jetty. The room was clean and spacious and having access to the washing machine was really useful.

The location itself is pretty sketchy, but the whole of Semporna town is so this is not just Ang Lee.

This was a good stay up to Ameican and European standards! Good wifi for work, a fridge to keep water cold. Located right where the bus drops you off. Washing machine to wash you clothes after /snorkeling/diving. Next door the sell laundry detergent. Adequate breakfast. Staff is nice and speak english. There was an electrical issue one night and they were fair and refunded us some money. The sheet were clean bed was cozy. Make this your first choice if you stay in Semporna town. Easy to island hop grab delivery offers good food options. When we return this would be our first choose. They book up so reserve early. Easy to catch a grab for 71 myr to Tawau Airport Or there is a shared shuttle at the shell station for 35 ringgits per person

Spacious and well equipped rooms, lovely design details, very good location, water refill station, beautiful and unique souvenirs

Minor things which is not really a big issue- no hand soap ( shower gel compensates for it), stairs with no lift which can he considered for disabled or families traveling with small kids/stroller

the room is neat and comfortable. it's looking exactly like the photos they showed. The bed is comfy, the toilet is comfortable and large too and it would be great for a good night rest! The staff were very helpful getting us snorkelling trips around Semporna. The locations is great too, 5 minutes walking distance to seaside .pier ,Restaurants,supermarkets are nearby. strongly recommend !!!

Overall, good stay. Very Nice room, it was clean, the tv was working perfectly , staff was nice as well. Mango pudding as a welcome gift :) You have a fridge in the common area which is great. Its almost next to the bus station. Shops etc are just everywhere. You need to pay the deposit , which they will give you back later.

Its not the property. But the city itself is very ugly and very shady. Lots of sea gypsies , didn't feel comfortable at all going out during the day or night . We did the trip and run away fast. Never again visit Semporna

The room was great. There was everything you’ll need there. Very clean, very nice stuff, free coffee and water. They even asked us if we need new towels and to clean the room without us saying a thing. The best place to stay in Semporna, close to everything, we loved it.

Everything was amazing, the only negative thing is that the neighbourhood is dirty but thats not a fault of the hotel.

Really like this hotel, eventhough u have to climb stairs, the room made up all the tiredness. Our room was provided with complete toiletries sets of toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, cotton bud, shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap. The room is bigger if u compared to most semenanjung hotel as well. The receptionist is nice and friendly, theres security code need to punch in everytime u want to come in. Overall, a very pleasant stay

There is nothing to unlike, but there is room for improvement.. The toilet can improve on air ventilation.

Very neat and clean overall. Great price and location as well. Staff were polite. Bed was comfortable. I had the room with 2 single beds. The room size could've been a bit better.

Some of the facilities in the bathroom could be improved. The shower didn't have a good flow of water and the wash basin drain pipe was leaking some water.

The hotel exceeds my expectation. It’s very nice with a spacious room and everything comes in handy. The staff there are very nice as well. It’s a very nice choice if you wanna stay in Semporna for a couple of days.

I can’t think of anything. It’s not a star hotel but it’s really worth every penny you pay. I will stay here again if I ever visit Semporna again.
