Location is quite central, near jetty and restaurants. Staff was extremely kind and honestly the best part of the hotel. It does the trick: it’s relatively fair priced, it was clean and they were happy to store our luggage.

One room smelled of cigarettes; the other had a somewhat odd smell - albeit clean. Breakfast was either a toast with butter and egg or instant Maggi noodles - staff was kind but this could be improved. There is a lot of noise in the morning: a good chunk caused by an alarm set whenever a door is partly open. This was particularly inconvenient. But these were all minor issues, overall we were satisfied, especially with staff.

The location is great, staff members are friendly. It would be the best place to stay around if you plan to go to the jetty for activities in the morning. They also have a drinking water dispenser and spin dryer to help you dry your clothes.

The room had a few spider webs and ants going around but that was fine considering that it's near the markets and the sea.

The accommodative staff, the complimentary room amenities. Nearby to convenience stores & restaurant. Location is just fine.

Nothing but perhaps they should consider giving complimentary shuttle service to jetty in Semporna.

Is a hotel. Cheap hotel. Clean bathroom. Friendly staffs. They make sure we get a clean towel everytime. Easy to check in. The room is bigger than expected. there iron and water(coway) provided. Near jetty, like 5 minute walk.

There no lift, it is out of service. So we have to carry our heavy bag. There no parking available in front of the hotel. The hotel is beside a market, it is not noisy its just messy and there a lot of stray dog hanging out in front of the hotel. There a lot of red ant in the room and they bite. I even have to put my clean clothes on my bed because they been to my beg even there is no food. (Seriously they bite)

It was fantastic. Great value for money, even though the room smelled a little bit humid. But nothings that opening the widows wouldn’t do.

I booked the hotel for my mom and she said the staffs there were super nice to her , one of the staff there even lend my mom an umbrella when it was raining to help her after checking out , Thank you for your kind treatment 🥺 Much love from me and my mom 🥰 would love to come again when we got time <3

Honestly, when i come into the room, the room arrangment so nice,And have beautiful Toilet room however the toilet bowl was dirty, but when i call the operator, and complaint, they come immediately to clean.Good serviced! If i come again to Semporna, i would like to stay again.

It has a water dispenser and spinner to wring wet clothes at every floor. very helpful!
