Sipadan Inn 1 was excellent for me. I got the large king room. It was very comfortable and clean. I make this review emphasizing the value for the money. Nothing wrong with the room, lobby, check-in/out procedures. Keep in mind that Semporna town is a poor place. I would definitely recommend Semporna 1 and spend the few dollars more for the good king room. This review is relative to what I heard from my friends at other places in Semporna. Some of those stories are not so good.

Location nearby semporna jetti, most famous seafood restaurant, convenient stores, pharmacy etc. Rooms were clean n value for money. Recommended.
Surrounding areas quite dirty bcos lots of trash on streets, lots of stateless begging kids following you asking for money, continuously there are many women that trying to sell dry marine products when you are dinning. Trashes floating on sea and beach...

Strategic Location. Nearby Jetty and shops. Easy fetch and drop-off area. Very clean and good housekeeping. Friendly staff.

the room is super clean, big enough for the 7 of us.. 2 bathrooms and very strategic. for me it was awesome 👍🏻
i made a payment through the Booking.com apps 2 days before arrival, but they asked me to pay again with cash at the counter. and they said tht the Booking.com will refund my money. huhu. after goin thru some argument, finally i got the key for the room. & the Booking.com’s customer service was super helpful. thank you so much.
