It was clean, the bathroom was a bit dated but no complains. I really liked the water filter in the hall, the staff was nice. Close to the mall for coffee and breakfast
Some mosquitos despite closed windows and the area is a bit shady, didn't feel nice walking there at night

The friendliness of the staff, Cleanliness of the hotel and location. Ida the front desk receptionist was super friendly. Every time she saw me in the lobby she greeted me with a smile. Lya at check out was pleasant as well.
No elevator. It was difficult if you travel with large suitcase.

1. I would like to thanks to the staff (girl) while we check-in, she allowed us to put our things in their freezer. 2. I also like to thanks to the staff name En. Khairul because he transfers my refund deposit into my account very fast. I forgot to take my deposit while checking out due to rushing.

We needed a triple bedded room and this was perfect. Very clean room and came with coffee and tea. Reasonably priced. Receptionist Ida was very helpful and efficient

At the time of my booking, it was definitely value for money. Room was clean and certainly didn't look dated. The staff, Mr. Faez was decent enough to let us check in early as our room was ready. The water dispenser needs a fix so that the hot water was hot enough. A display of filter change schedule would certainly give a boost of confidence to traveler.

Feel bad for my mother need to take the stair, next time will request the ground/1st floor.
