The friendliness of the staff, Cleanliness of the hotel and location. Ida the front desk receptionist was super friendly. Every time she saw me in the lobby she greeted me with a smile. Lya at check out was pleasant as well.

No elevator. It was difficult if you travel with large suitcase.

1. I would like to thanks to the staff (girl) while we check-in, she allowed us to put our things in their freezer. 2. I also like to thanks to the staff name En. Khairul because he transfers my refund deposit into my account very fast. I forgot to take my deposit while checking out due to rushing.

At the time of my booking, it was definitely value for money. Room was clean and certainly didn't look dated. The staff, Mr. Faez was decent enough to let us check in early as our room was ready. The water dispenser needs a fix so that the hot water was hot enough. A display of filter change schedule would certainly give a boost of confidence to traveler.

We needed a triple bedded room and this was perfect. Very clean room and came with coffee and tea. Reasonably priced. Receptionist Ida was very helpful and efficient

LOCATION NOT SO GOOD CORSE EVEN DONT HAVE A 7ELEVEN NEAR BY BEDSHEET STAIN DIRTY,NO HOUSKEPPING FOR THE SECOND DAY TO CLEAN UP THE BED AND RUBISH

Everything nice and clean. Aircond in good condition. Bedsheet changed prior checkin. Room request to be side by side is fulfilled. Water heater work well.

The iron on the first floor make clothes burnt. Need to change the iron. And the iron on the second floor cant adjust the temperature. Wall is not soundproof. The window for the Triple deluxe room is facing another white wall. But that's ok.

EVERTHING WAS GOOD, CLEAN & COURTEOUS STAFF. GOOD LOCATION

THE PILLOWS PROVIDED WAS RATHER HIGH / FAIRLY HARD.DEVELOPED NECK PAIN.

Everything was perfect . Friendly and helpful receptionist . The girl who works on night n weot remember the name and the girl name lya in morning shift if I'm not wrong was really friendly and respectful with us . So comfortable to be stay there

Just need recommend to keep hot kettle in the room so that we no need to go upstairs to get hot water . If can please give toothpaste and brush in room

Everything is good as previous reviews. Satisfied. The aircond work very well too.

Feel bad for my mother need to take the stair, next time will request the ground/1st floor.

Friendly staff, clean room, suitable location (near the main road, easy to get food, walking distance mall, clinic and other shops, easy to check in even though I reached a bit late at the hotel (night)

If each room has it owns iron and iron board (even small iron board) it would be super great!
