Very new, clean and aircon works very well especially considering how hot it gets outside. I was also on the top floor and the aircon worked really well to keep the room cool. Staff were very friendly all across from the front desk, restaurant and the floor staff. Bed was very comfortable and shower was spacious. They are the ones that make a good place great.

I stayed for 10 nights straight in June 2025 in room 3A02 and sometimes the house keeping can be inconsistent. On multiple days, the toiletries were not refilled, mugs not washed and sheets are not changed, but rather just a quick tidy up to the bed was done. It’s not a big deal but think the staff can take this as a point for improvement. I also showed up after 3pm and my room was also not ready for check in. Think it was closer to 4 before I walked into my room. Overall still a great experience and I would be back again!

Easy car park, pleasant and relatively quick check in with pleasant staff; guava juice and Oreo-like cookies available! Nice elevators, bit of a smell in atrium but twin room was clean and fresh, and relatively spacious. I liked the good linens, comfortable beds, pleasant furnishings, kettle, tea and coffee, glasses and mugs, safe and closet with hangers. There were various casual eateries with in a 5 minute walk. The hotel and room were quiet overnight. Nice bright clean breakfast room with lots of tables and pleasant staff. Usual assortment of Malay/Chinese breakfast items all left to get cold at the buffet. Juice, fruit, cereals, etc. The one nice sourdough bread loaf among the usual gummy white toast breads was appreciated. The location served well arriving into KLIA2 in the evening, pick up rental car, drive here in less than an hour before continuing to Johor the next day.

The wifi in the room was very Intermittent, the phone didn't work, hot water for shower in the evening but only tepid in morning. Hair dryer only has two settings; very hot and scalding. As phone doesn’t work can’t call reception but have to go all the way down for any assistance if you can be bothered. Hot breakfast items all left to get cold at the buffet. We were offered eggs to order but the scrambled eggs arrived over cooked and just tepid. The coffee left much to be desired!

Convenient location. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful when the lock to our room was jammed and the maintenance staff came to unlock and repair it.

Room was not sound proof, can hear voices from next room and from outside the corridor. The carpet flooring from the lift lobby to the rooms were not cleaned and it smells musky when we exit the lift to go to the rooms. Housekeeping staff forgotten to re-fill the toilet paper. Need to regularly maintain the facilities so that it looks and smell new.

I like the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staffs (most of them) except the restaurant staff who at table service, who is so miserable purely because we complaints about her in our last stay.

I don't like the breakfast at all, in fact, we only went once and not at all after that. The buffet is stone cold especially the fried eggs. My partner have eggs on toast and realised when put inouth that the eggs is cold. I did complaint to the reception during check out.

The front desk was flexible and efficient, allowing us to check in an hour earlier. The Deluxe Twin Room was spacious, clean and well appointed, complete with a safe and mini fridge. We especially enjoyed the large windows giving us an almost panoramic view of Lobak Commercial Centre and its surroundings. The breakfast buffet spread was adequate, a little bit of everything to please almost everyone. We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely new hotel to everyone looking for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur!

Comfortable, cleanliness on top notch and very cozy. Just gonna wait for myNews to open to buy mineral waters etc. This hotel also provide free parking. I love the design in the toilet, you will understand when you check it out by yourself. All electrical appliances is functional. Do not worry about cold drinks because there's mini fridge in the room. The breakfast provided also has a varieties and yummy. Will gonna repeat soon and want to try have lunch there.

Nothing. It's just bit far from the halal restaurant so u need more go a bit far distance for food hunting.. buttt, if you're non muslim and like Chinese cuisine, this place is strategic for your food hunting.

New facilities, decent if unexceptional breakfast, eager-to-please staff (maybe a bit too eager), variety of cafe/restaurant options + convenience store within the building, very large room with good unobstructed view of part of Seremban

No walkability beyond the building (to be fair this is a Seremban, and by extension, a Malaysia issue, not a hotel problem), only 1 key card provided for the room, room and toilet build quality don't look like they'll last

Pleasant staff, comfortable room with all amenities (fridge, hot water pot, etc. great AC and water pressure. Restaurant onsite with great lunch and dinner options (including vegetarian menu).

No exercise room, not many fruits options or other fiber rich foods for breakfast. Internet unstable for online meetings.

Spacious room, good breakfast, new hotel, close vicinity to major highways.

The timber floor of the room is great, but it was not cleaned or vacuumed properly or daily. The soundproofing of the room was not great. Surroundings are not that safe for working out or morning runs (with a handful of vicious stray dogs in vicinity) and there is no gym facility. It is a little challenging for some hotel guests to sustain a healthy lifestyle.

The hotel is very nice and new. We booked 2 rooms and both were big and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable and pillows were good. The staff was very friendly and always greeting everyone with a smile or a hello. Location is really good, right next to a mall with food and coffee options. I will stay here again.
