Very helping and friendly staff, very love the cafe food especially the set of gulai lemak daging salai even a little bit expensive to pay but worthy,😉😉😉 peace place to stay and more relaxing. 😍😍😍

Not much just it's more hostel than hotel, must had own transport because the hotel is uphill a bit😅😅😅 maybe should write the exactly price so the customer will prepare with the exactly money 😁😁😁

I like the location since there is a restaurant inside the hotel. Other food stalls and restaurants are available within walking distance. There are a lot of parking spaces for cars as well. Excellent hotel!

I do not particularly dislike anything about the hotel. Everything is good and available for the customers.

The accessibility to Malls and Highway. As my course ends at 1400 hrs, the receptionist was accomodative when I asked for an extension until 1500 hrs with minimal payment. Thank you!

The toilet smell a bit off, and the pillows are not too soft as I was expecting.

The room assigned to me was the best to represent Seri Malaysia Hotel in the country. I enjoyed comfortable sleep on that night although I stayed there for less than 24 hours.

The hotel was showered with a heavy rain on the evening I checked into the hotel, so the balcony in front of the room's door was somewhat floody.

Friendly and helpful staff from the recption. Food at the cafe is delicious, the mee goreng was awesome. Room is clean. Location is good, easy access to many shops.

No shower gel given, only soap bar. Place is a bit old and no swimming pool.

Simple, effective and cheap room. Covered all I needed for a night.

Only issues I had were they there was like a hanging cobweb from the roof, but in my opinion that's a non issue. I have yet to encounter actually hostile creatures.

Booking for family room, very wide space value for money. As i checked out, received gift from the staff, surely will return again to book any seri malaysia in future
